Tineka

I only learned what Hyrox was a few months ago. Coming off my first local CrossFit competition, I asked myself what now??? I asked just loud enough for a mutual friend @dyariaariell to suggest partnering with @monicharli for a hyrox competition.

I had a lot of questions (sorry Monica 😊 ) but the biggest question was:

“Can I do this”

Answer: ABSOLUTELY !!!!

Plans drafted.

Goals set.

Obstacles crossed

…..and our journey began.

I’m grateful for our all the Sunday Hyrox workouts with @monicharli @hyperactivebee

I’m grateful to my family for giving me the space to dedicate my time and energy to this sport.

I’m grateful for the time and thoughtfulness put into each training session curated by @session.box

I’m grateful for all the athletes I had the privilege to meet and the positive energy and community that I experienced @hyroxamerica

…and last but definitely not least…

I’m grateful to my partner for her commitment to training, her strength and determination, her unwavering encouragement, her courage to take this challenge on with me and the beautiful partnership we created together.

Doubles Open and our last minute Womens Relay was a time!

A memory created. A first but not last!

#Thank you Hyrox Las Vegas for being the first of many more to come.

Next up….Miami!
Doubles Pro and Single Open!!!
