Find clarity away from the noise.

Welcome to Tiny Gatherings — coaching, mentoring and creative strategy for founders, creatives and purpose-led people ready to turn ideas into action.

Through 1:1 coaching and walking mentoring, we create space for clearer thinking, fresh perspectives and meaningful progress.

Whether you’re launching something new, feeling stuck, or shaping your next chapter, let’s explore what’s possible.

Sometimes clarity comes around a table, and sometimes it comes with walking boots on. 🌿

Whether we meet for regular coaching sessions in a chosen space or head outdoors for a walking mentoring session, we create space to think, explore ideas and move forward.

Walking sessions began with walking with a wonderful friend supporting people like @saddletosea who used time in nature to prepare for her first Kendal Mountain Festival talk and share the beginnings of what has become a beautiful cycling journey brand.

“Me and Nicole met up for a coffee and a catch up and ended up discussing all things life and work. Nicole has always been a good listener and an incredible cheerleader, always coming up with ideas and what steps I could take next. I was struggling with what and where to go next and Nicole was really good at taking a step back and looking at the big picture. It’s no wonder she’s now gone into coaching, this makes perfect sense after some of our conversations”

I wanted to share this to those outside my friendship circle. And now you are welcome to book a consultation to chat more. Whether it's through walking, online or one to one.

What my clients say

'Lots of people (myself included) benefit from being able to talk their plans and dreams through with someone who is not family or friends. It helps create a structure for how things can be achieved. It is incredibly useful. It's not about giving ideas always, but allowing someone to voice their own.' - Roseland Counselling.

Retreat, retreat, retreat! 🍁🍂

It seems Cornwall is very much in its retreat era this autumn. From yoga and interior design to sound, sauna, nature and a little creative reset, there’s a lot to get involved with.

Plus all the fun of wreath making, wine clubs, inspiring talks, baby groups and plenty more happening across the county.

Here’s what’s on our radar right now.

Save this one for later and go have a nosy at the brilliant women behind them and head to their profiles for more info and how to book.

Two of these retreats are being held at the STUNNING @palm_court_retreats & another at the equally BEAUTIFUL @chapelhousepz which were both recently featured in our ‘Who said Cornwall’s best places weren’t made by women’ post.

As always if you are holding an event or know someone who is, drop me a dm if you would like to be included in an upcoming feature ❤️ by @tiny.gatherings

This time last year I was making the final route plans for my journey. My first expedition walking the three islands Approximately 130 miles / 210km around or through a route planned to walk me around the three islands of Malta.

And I've just realised 8th October when I speak at @polyfalmouth ticket links in bio was the day before I finished this time last year and I was texting my parents saying Mum and Dad I made it , I did it.

I called this walk , Walking at a Human Pace. And I can't wait to share personal video footage and Photos of the real beauty of Malta.

A land that teaches you when you allow it to slow down. To celebrate past trauma. To find connections with locals. Wise elders. Look up more. Observe nature, lizards , flora and fauna, scale cliff tops and only just dodge being struck by lightning. Never have I grabbed a stranger for a hug so quickly. Embracing the simplicity in life and what walking from A to B each day teaches us.

Looking forward to meeting you all.

There will be an informal gathering after where you can meet and grab a coffee or drink from the @polycafeandbar to celebrate the launch of a monthly series of Wild Voices : Stories from The Modern Explorer taken in Poly Falmouth by @tiny.gatherings

Holding my hands up to People - Purpose - Possibility. The Tiny Gatherings website has a new look. Featuring information on:

Wild Voices Talks
SW Adventure & Natural History Networking
Creating Mentoring & Walking Coaching
Speaker & Host Availability

And I am certain there are a few areas to tweak but if I have learnt anything, there are some details that are ok to wait until next week. But I am excited that I am also looking ahead to welcome a few new additions to the website not launched yet. I can't wait to share more with you later this year.

Today was so special because I had the fourth person this year share to me about there love and how Tiny Gatherings Festival in 2023 has stayed with them. Described as there dream festival. I was sat in a cafe when a Beautiful lady asked if I was the founder of Tiny Gatherings and the Festival. As I said yes there face lit up and they shared how that was the best festival they have been to and they still think about it to this day. This is the fourth person this year to tell me this and it honestly brings me such joy. I organise and run everything myself which is then supported by those whom I collaborate with and yourselves who attend. It can not grow without yourselves and I am very excited for the direction in which this community is growing.

Have a beautiful weekend and I look forward to connecting next week.

Reminding myself to breeze through life. To think this time last year I was training not for acting, or a performance of any kind. Sourcing agents or finding my way around the professional pitching industry. But by walking beautifully and simply from A- B daily around three Maltese islands.

This moment was taken after a long day, delayed by public transport for my team's arrival. And an extended day of walking that did not stop at my planned lunchtime but at sunset. Yet the moment captured is of a pure smile. Nothing but joy. In a world where trials and tribulations are thrown at us. It just shows there are always ways to smile in the storm.

Location Gozo and the beautifully known Dwejra Bay with 140 metre cliffs waiting to scale the next day.

This autumn I look forward to settling down some mornings and writing the second half of my book.

It is with pleasure to share the below testimonial.
As Tiny Gatherings begins a new chapter with Wild Voices : Stories from the Modern Explorer at The Poly, Falmouth, Cornwall. And the South West Proffesional Networking Evenings for Adventure & Natural History Documentary, TV & Film.

I want to shine a light on how these events started with one festival. That shined a light on incredible humans, from wellness to film makers and speakers and more. It is this feeling that I will be carrying through to all the future Tiny Gatherings Events.

Thank you @abitofcreativity for your beautifully kind words on what that moment felt for you.

"The festival has changed me forever in so many ways- you created a truly magical space that weekend .

You created something very special. I was terrified doing my first festival and it definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone but I met some wonderful people and showed myself what I am capable of.

Im currently half way through a masters in psychology at marjons - all part of the ripple effects from tiny gatherings giving me new found confidence and self belief and thank you so much Jess I am still thinking about the talk you gave that inspires me today. "

No of these moments that become life long inspirations are possible without the incredible humans involved. The spaces that host them and most importantly yourselves. Advance tickets allow events to go ahead. Be sure to take a look at October's dates, with an amazing line up for the rest of the year I look forward to sharing more shortly.

Links in bio for all future events.
