Lifts have been going ✨STELLAR✨ Each offseason I reevaluate what I can add, take away, or improve moving forward. The continued growth physically is a reflection of positive changes in these areas. A fit lifestyle is not a destination, but a journey.

One year down with @classic.foodie_ifbbpro. I knew when I decided to join this team it would come with responsibility.

To bring my best.
To drop my excuses.
To execute like the pro I want to become.
To step up and show I mean what I say.

I know I’ve brought more than my best throughout this year. I’ve definitely stepped out of my comfort zone. I’ve acknowledged and moved past things that were holding me back. And more than anything, I’ve put more intensity and purpose into my training.

I’m grateful to have Jon as part of my amazing support system and look forward to the next year ahead ⚡️⚡️⚡️ by @tinydynamite_

The only problem I see is how long I’m gonna have to hold it before going to the bathroom in this thing lol.
