🍂 FALL ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN 🍂 At Tiny Oaks the children spend their days immersed in nature, building confidence, resilience, creativity, and meaningful connections with the land, themselves, and one another. Our community provides a unique learning environment where curiosity leads the way and every child is encouraged to grow at their own pace. @pondsideacres 🌲 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Our Nature-Based Education Program (Kindergarten to Grade 8) Children engage in a thoughtfully designed curriculum created by founder Natasha Marchant. Learning is woven through outdoor exploration, literacy, mathematics, science, nature studies, leadership opportunities, creative expression, hands-on projects, and plenty of unstructured play in the natural world. Small group sizes allow our Kindergarten, Primary, Junior & Intermediate classes to flourish ❤️‍🔥✨ 🔥 Wednesday Outdoor Education & Survival Skills Ages 8+ Our much-loved Outdoor Ed program returns with Keith @edibly_wild 🌱✨Students will develop practical wilderness skills, fire safety, shelter building, navigation, foraging awareness, nature connection, teamwork, and outdoor confidence through immersive, hands-on experiences. ✨ Small class sizes ✨ Nature-based learning ✨ Experienced educators ✨ Meaningful outdoor experiences in every season Whether your child is just beginning their educational journey or looking for an alternative path that nurtures the whole child, Tiny Oaks offers a learning experience rooted in connection, wonder, and growth! ❤️‍🔥✨ Spaces are limited and enrollment is now underway for Fall 2026. 🌿 NEW at Tiny Oaks! 🌿 This fall, we’re so excited to welcome families to our brand new Parent & Child Mornings at Tiny Oaks. 🤎 A gentle morning rhythm for both of you, filled with seasonal songs, stories, handwork, nature, animal care, outdoor play, shared organic snacks and connection. ✨ Led by Ms. Klaudia & Ms. Natasha 🍂 6-week fall session 📅 Begins Friday, September 25th ⏰ Fridays | 10:00–12:30 📍 Pondside Acres 🌿 $270 for the full term, including one child 🌿 $120 per additional child To keep these mornings small, intimate and connected, we will be welcoming just SIX families for our first session. 📩 DM us “PARENT & CHILD” to register or learn more. Wild Harvest Wednesdays are here! 🌿🔥🍂 This fall, we’re inviting curious, wild-hearted kids to slow down, notice what the land is offering, and learn how to turn the season’s harvest into something delicious. Alongside Keith from @edibly_wild children will forage and harvest, learn to safely identify seasonal foods, prepare and cook together, and—of course—eat what they create. Our first ever Lantern Walk is coming to Tiny Oaks! 🏮🍂 Join us in creating memories and traditions alongside our children. As the autumn evening settles in, we’ll make lanterns, share a puppet story and song, then walk together by lantern light. The heart of this evening is simple: time together outdoors, a little warmth as the days grow cooler, and the joy of watching our children carry the lanterns they made. Families are welcome to bring a pumpkin for our pumpkin patch and vote for a favourite. We’ll also have warm soup and apple cider to enjoy together. Friday, October 23 | 5:30–7:30 pm Tiny Oaks at Pond Side Acres $15 donation per family to Pond Side Acres Please dress warmly. Children must attend with a parent or caregiver; this is a family event, not a drop-off event. Register through the Jotform link in our bio. It’s almost here! 🌿✨🦋 Liberating Education brings together 15 incredible stories from women who are paving new pathways for their children and for generations to come. Together, these stories invite us to reimagine education in a way that brings us back to our hearts, our intuition, our connection to one another, and our love for the Earth. Things you only hear at a forest school… PART 3 🌲😂 At some point, you stop questioning it. You sweep the walkway of chicken, goose & turkey poop. You casually relocate a turkey so someone can paint. 🎨🦃 The garden becomes the snack cupboard. 🥕 Someone suggests digging up a squirrel buried last year… you know, for science! 🐿️😂 It’s messy. It’s hilarious. It’s wildly unpredictable. And somehow, woven into all of it, there is SO much learning. Things you only hear at a forest school… PART 2 😂🌲 Around here, the chickens are part of the community, sticks are treasured possessions, mysterious poop requires immediate investigation, and a trip into the pond may come with a quick lesson on leeches 😂 There’s so much humour in letting kids be kid! They’re curious. They’re hilarious. They ask the questions we would never think to ask — and they remind us not to take ourselves (or education) quite so seriously. We’re learning, laughing, getting muddy, asking weird questions and keeping things a little wild🌿 Because childhood deserves room to be exactly that — childhood! The wild children grew up… and became the teachers!🌿✨ At Tiny Oaks @tinyoaksforestschool we believe growing up was never supposed to mean losing the parts of ourselves that are curious, playful, messy, loud, creative and WILD.
