Do you dream of a career in nightlife but don’t know where to start? We got you! If you are a young creative based in Amsterdam and want to develop your creativity, it’s time to join the Heatwave! 🔥

We know how challenging it can be to enter the nightlife industry and we think it’s time for a change. Therefore we created Heatwave. A development program for emerging talent. Whether you’re an aspiring DJ, producer, promoter, designer, performer or visual artist, we are here to ignite your creative spark.

There are 4 programs where you’ll receive guidance, mentorship and support from people who’ve shaped our community: experts, pioneers, and cultural voices who want to see new talent grow. We were welcomed by our community, given resources and opportunities.
Now we want to pass that forward to you!

What makes Heatwave special? You’ll gain real-life experiences from working on stage, a behind-the-scenes look, a mix in our mix series, or showcasing your work at one of our events or those of our partners.

Want to know more? Follow @heatwave.nu on Instagram for more updates and visit the website for more information and how to apply!

Do you know someone who is talented and wants to thrive in nightlife? Share this post and encourage them to apply!

Heatwave is supported by the @afk020 (Amsterdam Fund for the Arts) -Nightculture Project-

Introducinnn... @duotoon
The last couple of months I’ve been working on a new project and I’m happy to say it’s almost here!

DUOTOON is an online platform for contemporary music + art collaborations. Musicians and visual artists work together as a duo and present their work online. Artwork is for sale and profits go to all artists involved.

First release will be by @thessa.upsammy + Sjoerd Martens aka @kaasverhuur. Their work will be shown during an exclusive live stream of their performance this Sunday 17.00 CET.

Thank you @lynkco for believing in this and making this happen 🌱
