I’m doing my final read through of Tortured Souls, so it feels like a good time to celebrate with some Avonleya art! We’ve been sitting on this art by @tivusan for a while now, waiting for the perfect time to share it, and today is the day! The vibes. The scene. The tension. 37 Days, Friends 😏

Tortured Souls is book one in the Avonleya Series, a dark fantasy romance series with a forced marriage, curses to break, who’s actually hunting who?, a neurodivergent queen, a king with something to prove, and a dragon who hates everyone. It’s coming February 12 🧡

Wait wait wait what do you mean this enby nocterrian baddie who’s finer than all four hells gets their own POV chapters in SHADOW AND SON????

Yep, that’s right, Tenebris Nox lovers rejoice!! And also everybody say thank you @tivusan for this insanely gorgeous rendition of them, slooty little waist and all. 🫦

If you’ve already read your ARC of Shadow and Son, you might notice a few little easter eggs in the clothed version too. 👀 To which all I can really say is, keep the faith, my darlings. Keep the faith. 😌

Book 3 in the Shattered Crown releases October 20th (just over two weeks!!) in deluxe hardcover, duet audiobook, and on Kindle! AND if you preorder your hardcover from a participating indie bookstore you can get this Nox art (well, the clothed version - sorry bahaha) on an exclusive bookmark. Swipe for all the details and can’t wait to celebrate with you soon!

Cailian | Ice Prince 🧊❄️
Commission for the wonderful author @author_01rayne 🩵
This gorgeous character is from the paranormal fantasy MMF romance Eternally Rare by January Rayne.

Thank you so much for the trust!

I decided to draw the «white-on-white» concept - one of my all-time favorite color palettes. There’s something magical about working with almost invisible transitions of snow, frost, porcelain skin, and silvery light.

Ethereal Illia and Vincent for the wonderful author @writer_bjwebb 🩵 thank you so much for such beautiful characters and gentle scene to draw.

It was really difficult to draw anatomy from this angle, I learnt a lot and fell in love with characters!
Illia is a dragon shifter, and I drew his dragon form and will post it soon 🩵
Swipe to see a fragment of video process

Splintered Kingdom’s release is just EIGHT days away (!!!) can you BELIEVE???? I am so beyond thrilled to share this absolutely stunning piece by the incredible @tivusan - just LOOK at the amazing detail work!

If you asked me to pick a favorite part I’m not sure I’d be able to — the dew drops on her wings?? The carvings of her staff? The embellishments on their armor? The magical butterflies? The intricate braiding of her hair?? The lighting??? Her classic smirk? The YEARNING in our man’s eyes????

Yeah, it’s impossible. So just go ahead and enjoy the whole thing and revel with me in the fact that a week from TOMORROW, this book will officially be out in the world and in everyone’s hands and woweeeeee if that isn’t just the nuttiest thing.

Happy Monday!!

PS: Just a reminder to get your preorder in and also fill out the rewards form in my bio / on my site because you’ll get a FREE month of ₽atreøn in addition to other goodies and believe me when I tell you there is soooo much good stuff on there 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️
