Excited to see Callie Hart attending the Los Angeles Festival of Books hosted by @latimesfob! I had the honor of meeting her last year when Quicksilver was taking off and the line for signatures wrapped around the building! Her books were still in paperback! Now there is hardcover, special edition's, sprayed edges!

A bookshelf update! 8 months ago this was empty! Now I'm struggling to find more space to put more books!

Lynn Painter has me in a romcom chokehold.

I love going to small bookshops to support locally. Especially cute ones that center around romance and cute themes. This one was located in San Diego, which was about a 2 Hour drive from Orange County. I was there for a new cute author signing event in collaboration with the San Diego public library, since I was in San Diego I wanted to go ahead and check it out before heading over to the book signing with Allie Hazelwood, Julie, Soto, Susan Lee, and .

I've been to the original a couple years ago and it was so quaint, but the parking was not great and the space was a little small so I'm glad that they moved and improved, which shows that their business and popularity are increasing. I'm happy that that it was created, and I hope for more events and author signings in the future.

Flight delays mean I get to start (and most likely finish because this storm won't let me leave any time soon) this new up and coming Romantasy.

I've never been sent a physical ARC before (except for the one from giveaway contests that I enter) so this was really cool of @entangled_publishing.

Judging by the synopsis, it's a mix between bridge kingdom and from blood and ash. A lot of world building, and a multi book arc that I hope to fall in love with.

Here's to my ever expanding TBR and all the books I've fallen in love with.
