My Top 6 Landmine Movements🚨 Landmines are effective exercises that can help athletes with generating power. They also help improve strength and stability in the core and in the different muscle groups being engaged throughout the movements. Training like this is not only functional, but effective as well! #landmine #functionalfitness #landmineworkout #gym by @tk.ttg

Full-Body | Anti-Rotation | Unilateral | Explosion Here we got a session with my professional basketball athlete. Anti-rotation (or anti-rotational) exercises force your core to brace & stabilize the trunk (torso). By building strength in the deep core (I.e. transverse abdominis muscles) the body is able to work against external forces that attempt to twist against the spine. Movements like this improve functional strength, prevent lower back injuries, and optimize athletic power transfer. Developing rotational control allows you to safely & effectively transfer force from the lower body to the upper body. Unilateral exercises (single-limb movements like lunges, step-ups, or single-arm presses) are key to isolating select muscle groups. They correct left-to-right strength imbalances & engage deep core stabilizers. They can also help w/ rehabbing injured muscles by stimulating the nervous system across both sides of the body *ALL EXERCISES NOT SHOWN* DM FOR FULL WORKOUT & TIPS‼️ #power #fitness #tips #training by @tk.ttg
FULL BODY Training Prep/Power: Started off with single leg box jumps, pogo variations, and broad jump variations. Kneeling Power Press: A highly dynamic, compound movement that combines an overhead w/ an explosive planted lower-body force. It forces you to generate power from the ground up, demanding intense core control, scapular stability, and total-body coordination. Banded single-arm dumbbell row: Corrective movement that combines free weights w/ resistance bandsβ€”maximizes muscle growth, power and stability. Decl step-downs: A single-leg exercise focused on eccentric strengthening which helps build the body’s β€œbreaking system.” And is helpful for injury prevention by increasing knee stability. DB swings (Press down finisher): This dynamic, full-body exercise focuses on the posterior chain of the body while also working on hip engagement. Core Work: optimizes force transfer, boosts power, enhances balance and agility, and significantly reduces the risk of injuries like ACL tears and lower back pain. Finisher [ZONE 4 Training]: (6x 10sec on 30sec off) Working on improving VO2max. #workout #fitness #gym by @tk.ttg
