After 3 years in Figure and a year off, I made the switch to Bikini. Figure will always have my heart but listening to my body meant stepping back from that strain. Couldn’t have made this move without my coach, mentor and friend @christopher.barakat This was our smoothest prep yet! My body responded amazingly to the food, cardio, and protocol. Chris was completely spot on with every adjustment. I used to think I’d never get glute ham separation because that’s where I hold the most fat/water but thanks to his precise strategy, my physique hit a whole new level 🔥🚀
That physique change meant presenting it completely differently though and wow I underestimated Bikini posing! It is SO much harder than Figure! The tiny details, fluid transitions, arm movements, back pose, and stage walk required next level precision, which is why I brought in the best: @gabrielacastillofit 👑🔥 I saw one of her show posts, my jaw dropped, and I immediately said SHE IS THE ONE! She taught me all the details and Im so grateful for her guidance in getting me stage ready 🫶💗

@edina_torzsa Thank you for the makeup ideas, the daily chats and all the laughs! You hid in the bathroom while your family slept, frantically refreshing the OCB stories and bursting into tears the second my winning picture popped up 🥹❤️
@sabinakmiec & Andor Thank you for the continuous support and cheering me on in person! Sabina for helping pick the suit color and both of you for taking great videos/pics 🔥😘
@hrider300 Thank you for checking in weekly to see how I was feeling 🫶
Leonie - Thank you for the beautiful flowers and helping with the suit color 😘
@torzsatamasne Köszönöm szépen a segítséget a bikini szin/fazon kapcsolatban ❤️
Big love to @michellecbreeze for the gym chats about our prep ups/downs and to my gym family🫶💗 #naturabodybuilding #ocbbikini #ocbpro by @tlisfit

Huge congratulations to my posing client @tlisfit for taking out her classes and gaining her PRO CARD at the @ocbliberty_natural show last weekend. I couldn’t have been prouder! From figure to bikini we worked hard to bring her bikini proportions to life and put figure muscle memory to bed. Every session she would doubt her ability to nail her posing and every time she improved.

NOW TO THE BIG STAGE 🇺🇸

Huge congrats to my friend and client @tlisfit for taking it all today at the @ocbliberty_natural 🏆🥇
.
At 46 years young, she brings such an impressive physique and she’s earned every bit of progress over the past 4 years.
.
Last year we decided to transition from figure to bikini and it’s been a fun new challenge for us to tackle.
.
Bodybuilding is often so misunderstood from the outside looking in, and one thing I love about Timea is how artistic and intentional she is with this discipline. She’s never moving weight from point A to point B mindlessly, she’s always thinking about how X exercise is building Y muscle and how that’s shaping her physique like a true sculpture! 👩‍🎨🎨🖌️

Super proud of you, Timea!
See you in a few weeks in NJ for the @mr.america_official 🫡🤜🤛
.
More on her contest prep for another post, but she’s responded exponentially well this entire prep. (Not the norm, an exception!)

I finally got to visit the legendary @the_dragons_lair ,a place that lives up to every bit of the hype. This is by far the best gym I ever been. Loved all the Arsenal Strength, Matrix, Prime pieces, a few I never seen before. This gym has every single piece of plate loaded equipment that Arsenal Strength makes. So cool. The separate leg room is incredible with some very unique pieces. The other highlight of my trip was getting a deep tissue treatment from Miguel @torture_room ,the incredible tissue therapist at this gym. I first heard about him through the one and only @ifbbmissytruscott who I have been following on social media for years, and wow he lives up to the legend. Game changing work that every serious bodybuilder should experience.
Had @fitclublv on my list too where I had a great shoulder/chest session.
Thank you @carolyn_in_lv for such a fun afternoon and for taking me to the Protein House. It was so nice to see u, the kids and Buddy❤️

What an unforgettable experience at the 2025 Arnold Classic💥 where I was able to connect with some of the most legendary bodybuilders such as @schwarzenegger @ronniecoleman8 @jaycutler @philheath and the next generation legendary bodybuilders @cbum @dereklunsford_ @samson__dauda @nick_walker39 @vytamin_c @lauraliechap who I have been following on social media for many years and watch their content on Youtube which really pushed me when I was prepping for my shows. To be in the presence of true greatness was truly an incredible honor.
The energy at the expo was absolutely electric, with enthusiast fans, athletes, fitness influencers exchanging stories, tips, encouragement and celebrating the sport, its community and the drive to push beyond your limits and never give up. What was truly heartwarming to me was to see so many people coming together, united by their love for bodybuilding. The joy on their faces as they met iconic bodybuilders and soaked in the experience of this incredible event was something very special.
This trip has been years in the making and I’m beyond thrilled to have finally make it.
