#nevergiveup #cancersurvivor #loveyourselffirst #highlights#healthjourney ❤️‍🩹 LIFE DOESN’T STOP AFTER SURGERY! 💪 I’m sharing my journey not for sympathy, but to INSPIRE! I’ve had hip repair surgery, a lower lumbar spine fusion, battled two cancers (Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and thyroid cancer), had my thyroid removed, two C-sections, my appendix removed, and both knees operated on. Through it all, I’m still here, still fighting, and still a three-time medal winner! 🏅🏅🏅 I want people to see that no matter what life throws at you, your story isn’t over! With a positive attitude, determination, and the desire to keep going, there is still so much life to live and so much left to accomplish. Follow my journey as I recover, rebuild, and work my way back to the bodybuilding stage! 🏆🔥 I’m not here for sympathy. I’m here to INSPIRE and show you that you can keep going, too! ❤️ CancerSurvivor SpinalFusionRecovery HipSurgeryRecovery ThreeTimeMedalWinner FitnessOver50 NeverGiveUp BodybuildingJourney 🔥 STOP DOUBTING YOURSELF AND START BELIEVING IN WHAT YOU’RE CAPABLE OF! 🔥 Your mindset can make or break you. 💯 When you put your heart, soul, and everything you’ve got into something, don’t let anyone tell you what you can or cannot accomplish. BUT THAT’S WHEN YOU DIG DEEP AND FIGHT EVEN HARDER! 💪❤️ I’m here to remind you that your age, your past, and your struggles do NOT define your future. For those who have had spine surgery, which part of the spine is the hardest to operate on, and which area tends to heal the best? 🤔 I’d love to hear about your experiences! ❤️ (Oct. 1st) by @tlove1973
