$I’m excited to announce that I will be continuing my academic and cross country\track and field career at Lock Haven University. I want to thank my teammates, coaches, and my family for all the support and encouragement they have given me throughout my journey. I also want to personally say thank you to the team and Coach Russell for making me feel welcome and part of the family. Running is not just physically challenging but also mentally challenging. With all the cheers from the sidelines yelling at me to run faster or to keep my head up, that is what made me fight through the challenge of the races throughout the years. Go Bald Eagles!🔴🦅⚪️ #havennation #committed taken in Lock Haven University by @tmarchetti_22$
