Psalm 136:1 “Give thanks to the Lord for he is good. His love endures forever.” 🤍

One year ago, I started attending Metro Community Church. That fall semester I started going to Tuesday night young adult services, where I truly connected with God and grew in my faith.

Today, I made the decision to be baptized as a public declaration of that faith!

I would not be where I am today without the people who have supported me along the way. Thank you, Laci, for inviting me to church for the first time. Thank you Pastor Kody, for teaching me about God and encouraging me throughout my faith journey. Thank you Eric for coming with me on Sundays and supporting me everyday. And thank you to all of my family and friends who have supported me and prayed for me throughout this process as well. I would not be where I am today without my people.

I am incredibly grateful for the way God has moved in my life and changed me for the better. Through Him I have learned how to love a little harder, be more patient, and be more grateful for where I am in my journey on this earth.
