Scoopy Takes a Nap! 💤 Written by Thomas Gowan @tolfintry

Scoopy takes a nap 💤 is the next comic-style book in the Scoopy series! We meet Scoopy again and this time he just really wants a nap!

💪 His friend has other ideas and takes him to the gym which isn’t Scoopy’s idea of fun! He is unsure and things quickly deteriorate when he sustains an injury!

🍨 An unfortunate turn of events sees Scoopy captive in a fridge, his Rat captor is unforgiving and things don’t seem hopeful for poor Scoopy!

What will become of Scoopy? Grab your copy to find out! 🧊

Another beautifully illustrated comic style novel from @tolfintry which will delight and enthuse young readers! Highly recommended by us!

The Good Kids Bad Kids 👦🏻
Episode #2 Thieving Theodore

⛵️ The second installment in The Good Kids Bad Kids series is Thieving Theodore. This is another great story with an important message from author Thomas Gowan @tolfintry. It encourages young impressionable readers to explore feelings of seeking approval for their actions and possessions, and to consider doing what makes them happy rather than feeling the need to impress or please others, especially classmates.

🏫 Theo is desperate to impress during show and tell at school, and is left feeling a little unsure if he did enough to gain his classmates approval.

🧸 His friend Ray has some ideas of his own about how Theo can secure classroom fame, however his methods aren’t above board. Will Theo cave in to peer pressure from Ray? And if he does, will he learn a valuable lesson?

🚌 Have a read and see what happens to Theo! Beautifully illustrated again and the perfect second episode to the series! Highly recommended by us!

Kids Questions:
🚀 Have you ever done something to impress a friend?
🎨 What would you say to a friend if they didn’t have as many toys as you?
🛼 Is it important to you that people like you? Why?

Scoopy Says Hello! 👋🏼

Scoopy Says Hello! written by Thomas Gowan @tolfintry is a wonderful book written in a comic style format, which explores the idea of other people’s experiences and moods affecting our own.

🍨 Scoopy is an adorable little character who is in fact a scoop of ice cream! Living in a land where all the characters are foods, animals or plants 🪴

🍨 Scoopy loves to make everyone happy, which usually works out well for him and those he encounters. But then he experiences a dilemma. Someone doesn’t seem to be interested in a ‘hello’!

🍨 This is quite baffling for poor Scoopy who sets about trying to work out why in a series of epic attempts to uncover the mystery.

🍨 In his search for answers, Scoopy makes an unexpected discovery, one which teaches him a valuable lesson, and will teach young readers the same!

🍨 We thoroughly enjoyed Scoopy Says Hello 👋🏼 and would recommend to all little readers. The illustrations are beautifully detailed and colourful to engage little imaginations!
