I know, it’s written in german, but feel free to use the translation-tool. Sometimes you need to write in mother-tongue.

Fotografiert haben wir dieses Bild an meinem Geburtstag. Eines von zwei Fotoshootings fanden bisher an so einem Tag statt. Hinter dieser Fotografie verbirgt sich eine sehr starke Serie.
Letztes Jahr zu meinem Geburtstag hielt ich die einzige physische Kopie in meinen Händen und habe ein ganzes Jahr damit verbracht es durch den Wohnraum wandern zu lassen und mich nicht daran satt zu sehen.
An meinem diesjährigen Geburtstag entschied ich mich für die Veröffentlichung im Internet.
Die schönste Reaktion auf dieses Bild kam von meiner Schwester. Sie sagte nichts, sah bei einem Besuch aber zweimal hin, was ein sehr schönes Kompliment für mich war.
„Stable Poetry“ ist für mich eine sehr starke Reihe. Sie erforderte viel Wachstum und wäre unmöglich ohne den Zusammenhalt von @tom_brut und mir. Denn alle Arbeiten fußen auf dem kleinstmöglichen Team: zwei Personen.
Teilweise waren die Settings so gut geplant, dass wir das Bild in nur wenigen Minuten hatten. Fotografisch umfasst die bisherige Serie digitale und analoge Arbeiten.
Diese sehr intime Serie beruht auf Kindheitserinnerungen, authentischen Orten, dem stehenbleiben der Zeit, einem gemeinsamen ästhetischen Verständnis für Mode und Beobachtungen von dem, was wir als Heimat erachten. Hinter jedem Bild verbirgt sich eine Anekdote.
So hoffen wir, dass euch der Auftakt dieser Serie das Gefühl gibt euch nicht satt sehen zu können.

HINTERLAND I 🌾
