Women’s Team Event 🥈

Not the best results I wish for (single quarter-final & team silver) But I tried. My 3rd Asian Games, not sure if this will be my last AG or one more? I can’t tell too…I would like to say thank you to the following, my 3 teammates in this event, families and friends, HKSI, HK SQUASH, SF&OC, HK Team supporters 🫶🏼

🔥🔥🔥🇭🇰🇭🇰🇭🇰

Second Asian Games singles. Bronze last time, quarterfinals this time 🥲
Lost to world No.5 — some good points and tried my best, but still not quite enough.
Short rest, then Team Event in 3 days. Let’s go 🔥🇭🇰 taken in Nagoya by @tomato_htl

Appearing as the final highlight among the singles representatives is Ho Tze Lok, Tomato! As a three-time Asian Games player, she historically secured a women's team gold medal at the 2018 Jakarta Games🥇. At the last Hangzhou Asian Games, she claimed a women's singles bronze🥉 and a women's team silver🥈. Having achieved a career-high world ranking of No. 21, her performance remains outstanding over the past year🌟. At the most recent Asian Squash Individual Championships, competing as a 3/4 seed, she defeated the top seed to capture the title👑. Leveraging her extensive tournament experience, it is believed that Tomato will strive for a medal to step onto the Asian Games podium once again🤝.

🇶🇦 Qatar Classic 2026 @qatarsquash
One of the best hospitality tournaments!

Lost in five games — a 79-minute match 😮‍💨 It just didn’t go my way at the end.

First tournament after 2 months, after suffering injuries in August 😮‍💨. Good to be back injury-free and have an intense match before the Asian Games in Nagoya 🇯🇵 ~ 😼
