Numbers aren’t everything but it blows my mind that songs I’ve been involved with either writing or producing have reached almost 4 billion streams as of the end of this year. Forever grateful to do this as a job and work daily with some of my best mates 🙏🏻 by @tombillented

Today marks the release of our 100th episode, and also weirdly coincided with us passing 1,000,000 downloads 🤯

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so so so SO much for allowing us to build a safe space and community to speak so openly and honestly about alcohol and drugs. When we started this we had no idea where it would go so have had the opportunity to speak to so many incredible guests, and hopefully help so many people means the world to us.

This podcast would be nothing without our guests and our listeners so thank you for opening up your hearts, minds and ears to us these past two and a bit years.

We have no intention of slowing down and hope we’ve made you laugh along the way.

To Connor, Gibbs, Julie, Jake, our Patreon and everyone who has been there to help make this show - we thank you. Also so much love to Elle and Sarah, our partners who have put up with us recording at 6am and 11pm when we need to rush to get something finished.

We can’t wait to keep going and if you have a little swipe you might see some clues as to who’s coming in the next two seasons 👀.

Thank you again, one hundred episodes and one million people is not lost on us, in fact it’s INSANE.

You’ve got this ❤️

Last week we put together an event for @dryjanuary to showcase the fact that amazing food, can be paired with incredible 0% options.

20 of us, including former guests and one of our Patreon members took the pilgrimage down to St Ives for the most beautiful evening at one of the most renowned restaurants in the UK.

This weeks episode is a BUMPER edition. We interview all our former guests and members of staff at the restaurant catching up on how they’ve been and how they found this amazing experience. 🙏🏼

There were some really fascinating takeaways which we go into in depth on the episode but it’s safe to say, 20 sober people all having dinner turned into one of the funnest and loudest dinner parties we’ve ever been at…maybe it wasn’t the booze after all!

So many people to thank so please go check the tags for all the amazing humans and brands who made this happen but notable shout outs to Nick at Ugly Butterfly, Danielle at Carbis Bay and Richard and Danielle at Alcohol Change UK.

We loved putting this event on, and will continue to strive to do more within the hospitality industry to make non alcoholic options the norm 🚀

Love you all!

P.s…who thinks we did the 7.30am swim?!

Mad year! Few more bucket list things ticked off including Reading Festival - been dreaming of doing that one since I was a kid. Another viral record with Man In Finance (apologies) - 42 podcast episodes alongside a sold out live show at Leicester Square Theatre (absolutely terrifying), 1000 days without a drink, continued love for golf and fine dining 🤣

I think the biggest highlight for me has been finding more balance and taking a bit more time off in-between the madness to spend with the people that matter to me most. Taking Zach on adventures round the world and seeing him grin makes everything worth it. Here’s to 2025 and the birth of @whiteponyuk 🔥 by @tombillented

1,000 Days Sober. I could say so much on this - and I do on the podcast 🤣 - so I’ll spare you the essay but I’m proud of myself, I’m happy, I love my family, friends and I’m grateful to be alive and will always say it’s the BEST decision I’ve ever made 🙏🏻 by @tombillented
