When we found out we’d made the Top 100 at the @nationalrestaurantawards and were absolutely thrilled, but to learn we’d gone in at number 67 is, in all honesty, is a bit surreal.

We can’t let this moment pass without a massive thank you to our team for everything they do, to our suppliers who help create a menu worth talking about and to all of our guests for the support you’ve shown us since day one! taken in Manchester, United Kingdom by @tomfastiggi

And just like that, we are 1!

A huge thank you to everyone who’s supported us this past year - the love, encouragement, and number of pies you’ve eaten means the world to us.

Most importantly, thank you to our incredible team. We quite literally couldn’t have done it without you 💙 taken in Manchester, United Kingdom by @tomfastiggi

Featuring 5am starts, big fish, little fish, medium fish and a few pints of course. taken in Billingsgate Fish Market by @tomfastiggi

We’ve launched a YouTube channel!

It was Owain’s idea. He says it’s to showcase the amazing suppliers and producers we work with; we’re pretty certain he just wanted to go on some fun trips. Either way, we were game!

We’ve spent more time than we’d like to admit getting this ready, but we’re buzzing to finally share it with you. So go give us a follow (link in bio), get the Butterkist in the microwave, and stay tuned - our first episode drops tomorrow evening! by @tomfastiggi
