📚🍲 Hot Meals Program: A Lifeline for Our Students
Our “Hot Meals” program continues to be a vital support for students, providing nourishment and energy to learn and grow.
Even though we know the cooking conditions need improvement, we are working hard to make the kitchen better and safer for everyone.

Thank you to everyone who supports this program — your help truly changes lives. 💛🙏

Sometimes the change we bring is quiet.

It is in the smile of a girl who has just learned a new skill. The laughter of a small child who has received an item they really needed.
In the eagerness of youth gathered around a mentor sharing a story.
In the hopeful eyes of a mother who now believes tomorrow can be better.

It is in classrooms where encouragement replaces doubt.
In communities where compassion meets need.
In hearts where faith is gently planted and begins to grow.

Our work is not just in the things we give,
but in the hope we awaken, the dignity we restore, and the futures we help rebuild.

Step by step.
Life by life.
Story by story.

And through it all, God continues to write something beautiful.

Thank you to everyone who walks this journey with us.

Together, we are planting seeds of hope that will grow for generations. 🌱 by @tomjohn368

Education remains one of the most powerful pathways to economic empowerment and long-term opportunity, yet one in five children in Kenya is out of school (UNICEF).

At Rusinga spotlight school we're proud to be part of that change. With more than 300 students learning in our, our mission is to open as many doors as possible.

This work wouldn’t be possible without our amazing community of supporters. To our generous donors: we wish you could see firsthand the incredible impact of your contributions, but for now, we'd like to say THANK YOU for helping make education accessible and for transforming lives every single day. 📚 by @tomjohn368

A smile like this carries more than joy ✨ it carries opportunity.

When a child feels supported, they begin to see a future filled with possibility and that belief can shape everything that follows. 💛

Education opens doors, expands possibilities, and lays the foundation for every child’s future.

Across the communities we serve, children are showing up to school, engaging in learning, and building confidence ✨ supported by families, mentors, and sponsors who believe in their potential.

Today, we celebrate the power of learning and the collective commitment that makes it possible.

🍽️ More Than a Meal — It’s Hope in Every Plate

For many of our students, lunch is not just food — it’s strength to keep going.

Some come from along distances to reach the school i. Many come from vulnerable backgrounds. Some are young single mothers. Others carry the weight of broken homes. Yet every day, they show up with courage, determined to learn a skill that will help them earn, grow, and build a better future.

Through our feeding program, we are blessed to provide daily lunch and breakfast — ensuring that hunger does not stand in the way of learning. Here, they don’t just find a meal… they find hope, love, and a safe space to dream again.

Watching them line up at lunchtime, serving their meals with smiles, reminds us why this work matters. A full stomach gives them energy. A caring environment gives them purpose.

🙏 Our heartfelt thanks to our amazing partners and friends that makes this possible. Your support is changing lives — one plate, one skill, one future at a time.

Together, we are not just feeding students.
We are nurturing resilience, restoring dignity, and empowering tomorrow’s leaders. 🤍 by @tomjohn368
