Delighted to share the teaser trailer for AN TAIBHSE.
—
COMING TO CINEMAS SOON.
—
The first-ever Irish-language horror film, An Taibhse, is executive produced by six-time Oscar nominee Jim Sheridan. This critically acclaimed feature has won the Language Preservation Award at PIFF and Best Cinematography at Fixion Fest.
—
Written and directed by John Farrelly, the film stars Livvy Hill and Tom Kerrisk in a gripping tale of survival and psychological torment.
—
Amid the desolate landscape of post-famine Ireland, a father and daughter endure a brutal winter while maintaining a remote mansion. But as isolation takes hold, they are drawn into a nightmarish descent—haunted by something far more sinister than the cold. by @tomkerrisk

BEST INDEPENDENT IRISH FILM

Huge thank you to @galwayfilm for this acknowledgment and a massive congratulations to the cast and crew of Hollow Trees.

This film was made from the dedication of a small number of people who I’m lucky to call my friends. Without them, none of this would have been possible.

Having our world premiere at the 38th Galway film Fleadh was a dream come true and I’m honoured to share the screen with my brother @johnfarrelly_ and his film NAXOS.

STAY TUNED by @tomkerrisk

It’s an honour to announce that NAXOS, a @johnfarrelly_ , @jackpotfilms_ picture, along with everyone involved, will screen at this year’s Galway Film Fleadh. Special thanks to the amazing @mairagravani , who gifted us her brilliance to tell this story. To all the cast and crew for once again bringing they’re magic to making this a reality. To the wonderful people of the Greek Island of Naxos, for their hospitality, support and love while we were there. And most of all to the extraordinary @johnfarrelly_ who continues to pioneer Independent filmmaking and inspire original and authentic storytelling ✨✨✨ by @tomkerrisk
