I have to keep reminding myself it's not that deep.

Sure, I could go down that path and touch on some much greater and deeper philosophical ideas which I actually love to do very often.
But in this case, I need to remind myself of two things.

1. Its impossible to cover my entire evolving philosophy, framework, nuances, possible caveats and every interconnected idea in a single post. And

2. One clear point is enough.

The rest will come in time. I just have to keep showing up. by @tommyfierce

Recovery Day..

Equally, if not, more important given day to day stressors.

Light cardio
Compression boots
Stretch
Sauna
Red light therapy
Nutritious food
A good clean
And some study and admin 🤓

I love my routines and feel an amazing reset when I make time for recovery🤙🏼

HCP (Collagen) Protein by @bulknutrients is the best as a hot chocolate at the end of the day. Great for your gut, hair, skin, ligaments, and nails.

I am so grateful for days like these 🙏🏼 taken in ONE SIX EIGHT by @tommyfierce
