Sis, suffering in silence is not a requirement. 💕

Hosting @checkonyourgirls Menopause event reminded me how powerful it is when women come together, ask questions, and speak openly about our health. No shame. No embarrassment. No pressure to just “push through” the pain.

We know our bodies, and we deserve to be heard. Get informed, keep asking questions, and advocate for yourself, and your girls. We deserve to feel good, live fully, and thrive. ✨

I went into Buc-ee’s for ONE reason: I had to pee. 😂 That’s it. That was the mission.

Imagine my surprise when I walked in and realized this ain’t no gas station… this is an EXPERIENCE. 😭 Ma’am, I do not have time to shop, eat, browse, take pictures, buy a Buc-ee’s shirt, AND use the bathroom. I’m on a schedule!

Now that I know what Buc-ee’s really is, maybe on the way back I’ll actually set aside some time to explore. Because clearly you don’t just “stop by” Buc-ee’s. You PLAN for Buc-ee’s. 😂

Just casually walking the dog when I see a TURN SIGN pointing straight into the woods… 🌲➡️

Baby, I don’t know who that sign is for, but it ain’t for me. 😂 I’ve seen too many movies. We’re going HOME. 🐕🏃🏾‍♀️💨

Creatives, stop waiting for everything to align. Sometimes you have to MAKE it align. 🎬✨

Start before you feel ready. Create with what you have. Take the risk. Make the call. Do the thing.

You’d be surprised how things start falling into place once YOU start moving.

It starts with you. So get up and GO DO IT. 💪🏾🔥
