Good lil sunset jam on the trials bike this evening havent touched this ride in months. The rocks i feed my birds on maybe possibly originally made for riding bicycles on but multiple uses is the vip bagel kings preferred execution. Tires and wheels are old, brakes have been sitting for year+ without being touched, pump up tires and go. Man it is fun 💥 og hex frame taken in Burnsville, North Carolina by @tonkshred

Armed with some steel hardtails and 97 years between us, @izzybg123cg and I snatched a perfect 20 mile ride this afternoon. Modern mtb is faster than a gravel bike or 25 year old mtb, who would have thunk it 🫄🏽🔨 by @tonkshred

@izzybg123cg and myself came across a monster tree in the way of catawba view trail in Old Fort, luckily I spent 14 years studying tree moving back in the phillipeans, got to remove it before anyone died on this monster tree. Invoice on the way @g5trailcollective 🤟 #mtb #poundsign by @tonkshred

On to the next basement Baddie. Got this trek in 2023 off facebook for a couple hondo, came with USA theme chris king headset and rolf front wheel, VIP XC suspension 20 years ago... Carbon?!? Dayyym wat is thaaaat... Dont think it wants to snap on me, just have fun in old fort this race beast will get me a 40 mile 5k elevation day in its first go. 🐣🫄🏽🦆🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀 18 engagement point hub, or a pedal kickback machine 20 yesrs before folks invented that word... A bb that doesnt spin and appears siezed, a ti rocker link! , some VIP deore discs, what a weapon. This paint in the sun is art. Mid 90s m2 stumpjumper made its debut in Old Fort. Jareet creek to lower heart break climb back to star gap to jarret creek and come on home. F zero sliding in the fire roads , needed that seat ro raise up another 8"! #duidadstyle taken in Old Fort, North Carolina by @tonkshred

Finished that stumpjumper before lunch, cleaned cranks/ ran brake and derailler cables. 3x9 like a real mountain biker, vee brake in the back. Under $300 full bicycle i got the frame in 2023 its a lil small for me but this bar situation may be the ticket, find out soon. Brass ferrules theoughout, my ol brooks cambium... A seat and position that wont make you feel lile you bent over to get the soap in the big house for 4 hours straight. Junk wheels and BB still roll better than anything modern, including that $322 @chriskingbuzz ceramic bottom bracket. #mtb taken in Burnsville, North Carolina by @tonkshred
