Well sure it’s just a generic screen shot of Final Cut Pro…Yep big deal…Well I have had issues making a commitment to doing videos…A couple of times I said I was going to make a few and I would get conflicted. In my mind I would say “I didn’t get into playing music to do a dog and pony show”….At this point I feel like I have something to offer, beyond just demoing equipment, with over 2k live shows and 500 recordings under my belt I would like to share. I have had a few friends help me in the process @noltaylor_art @roneverettmusic and my @scott D for writing all the original tracks with me. I’m just doing a series of 8 videos, each video with original material. The first video is based after @officialspector Icon stock and one modified with @emgpickups and the @lhzpreamps Hope you dig them. This will %100 be no scripts, off the cuff and as straight dope as it gets, mistakes and all. First Surf at 57…Got to surf an unpopular spot with just an old friend…That friend is a beat up @aipasurf BB Sting model that is so faded and beat up it’s not funny. The oldest board I have…This next part might sound negative, but I mean it with total aloha and good will and anyone surfing for a while will get it 😎😉🤙🏽…You know what is nice about surfing alone, no competing with a bunch of yahoos battling for position, no surf clubs or or kooky surf schools, no sweepers who feel like they are bonding with nature, not a gaggle of women that think they can paddle for everything coming in since they feel it’s owed to them, no back paddling skinny dude on the biggest longboard they can paddle and no parking lot personalities. Sometimes I just feel a bunch of FU and I just want go out, catch my share of lines and shoot down a football fields length alone…This is coming from an extrovert and this was today and it was glorious. #surfalone #surf #oldsurfer #aipasurfboards #fuckoff by @tonypuleo1

Event mode activated.
I’m usually one of the first ones there.
Make the rounds. See the right people. Smile. Hug.
Then while the actual event is happening… you’ll find me in the lobby with a coffee, just chilling.
Irish exit almost every single time.
Get in.
Do what I gotta do.
See my people.
Make my presence known.
Bail.

I have enough leather guitar straps to dress a Barbarian horde, but I received some straps from @cablefreeguitar well…I have an older all maple 🍁 @officialspector 5 string that is over 10.5 lbs. I plan on putting this through a 90 minute show coming up. If you are using these straps comment below. Do you like them? Do they really feel like your instrument is “gravity free”? My Brother from Down Under Shane Hoy sent me this beautiful piece and I couldn’t wait for the proper photo session to show it off.

So I found this little bird 🦅 outside this morning in my front yard. On the ground, very much alive but not flying away from me. I gave him some water with a little brown sugar in it and some unsalted sunflower seeds. Any ideas on next steps? Im by far not an ornithologist. by @tonypuleo1

Last summer, my family unexpectedly brought home this little, sleepy fellow from Plymouth and He has been another family member since.
