Tookes Takes: the podcast is live!

As y’all know, I’ve got a lot to say and one Kensday a week is not enough for all this mouth😆 So I’ve started a podcast- do we need another podcast? We need mine!

#TookesTakes is the perfect #kensday companion piece to delve a little deeper into my sports, Housewives and give my Tookes Take on everything going on in my world.

Please follow @TookesTakes and subscribe to the pod-share it with your friends! I can’t wait to share more of my story and all my takes. Get in on the ground floor of the Tookes Takeover!🤩👱🏾‍♀️

Also isn’t our theme song so cute?!💁🏾‍♀️

Love getting a little #RHOP action on #UltimateGirlsTrip 💎

Somebody should tell that little imp Ashley that nobody wants her gross ex. 😭

And somebody PLEASE tell these Karens to get a life because I’m too busy scheduling root canals and growing @tookestakes to be filing reports at the DMV. 🤭

You’ve been Un-Tookes’ed. I don’t think about you anymore 💁🏾‍♀️✨

While others are obsessed with me😒, I’m obsessed with Tookes Takes! 💁🏾‍♀️🎙️

We’ve been knee-deep in #RHOA and #RHUGT, having fun, laughing and-most importantly-keeping it cute!😂

Come what may, the show must go on. And one thing I love about me? I never have to tear someone else down to have something to talk about. It’s called being creative, talented AND entertaining, baby. Try it! 💅🏾😘

Anywayyyy… I’ve been holding out on y’all, so here are a few of my favorite moments from the last week’s show. Which one is your fave? 👀

🎙️ Tookes Takes- new episodes every Kensday-wherever you get your podcasts!

Words matter.

Your platform is a privilege, not a license to lie, tear people down, or cause harm. Choose your words wisely... because they always have consequences.

Full conversation on this week’s episode of @tookestakes as we dive into the latest RHOA. We can learn a lot from these housewives- some people truly are sick asF. Please move along enjoy

Sometimes the hardest “no” becomes the greatest blessing.

I’ve learned that when God removes something from your life, it isn’t always punishment. Sometimes it’s protection. Sometimes it’s preparation. And sometimes He’s making room for something better.

Trust the process- even when you can’t see the purpose yet🤍✨

Sorry for the Kensday Delay- but new ep will be out tomorrow🎧

I’ve been too busy trying to heal and focus on my recovery to deflect, play the blame game, post screenshots of private texts, do patreons…sigh.

Had a couple really good chats with people who truly love me yesterday❤️

This has been an all around awful experience but wow- when people show you who they are, believe them the first time.

I’m super single and want to get married but if my hubby’s a big fat liar like Lyin Brian, yall gone catch me on Snapped.

Just discovered the hilarious @seriouslychris swipe through for his funny vid and give him a follow if you love to laugh🥰

Through cuts, scrapes, bruises and tumbles- the show must go on.

Not me talking about Shamea choosing twerking over therapy... and then *The View* starts talking about it too👩🏾‍💼now where’s Barbara Walters??

Clearly this conversation needed to happen! What do y’all think- team therapy, team twerking, or a healthy mix of both? 🤭
