HOW TO DO A TRIPLE SUPERSET 🔥

I started with incline dumbbell press, increased the weight for my second set, then immediately dropped the weight and went straight into push-ups.

No long rest. Just keep the chest under tension and finish with a burnout. 💪🏾

The goal isn’t just moving weight — it’s controlling the movement, pushing yourself, and making every set count.
