Toplux Records Launches Pan-African Verse Challenge to Discover Africa’s Next Music Stars

TopLux Records has unveiled a pan-African verse challenge built around an original instrumental produced by acclaimed Nigerian hitmaker Ozedikus. More than just a music competition, the initiative serves as a talent discovery platform aimed at identifying and nurturing emerging artists from across the continent.

The label is positioning the challenge as a long-term scouting effort rather than a one-time contest. Selected participants will be offered exclusive recording deals with TopLux Records, providing a pathway for promising talent to break into the music industry. To participate, artists are required to record an original verse over the Ozedikus-produced beat, share their performance on social media, and tag the campaign as instructed by the label. by @topluxrecords
