ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT-
A big year for Alex this year! He officially completed the #utmbccc and rolled that fitness into a 5k and mile PR. He also completed the #picnic , maybe this means a triathlon is in his future? His consistency in training has really shown through this year and I am excited for a marathon in his future!
