What makes a mom proud? Yes, graduating from Penn with honors does it. But much more so was the man at the desk of his apartment asking if we were his parents because he was a “kind and good man”. Congratulations John for becoming the man I hoped you would be. taken in Franklin Field by @tracy_chadwell

Huge congratulations to Philip Sr and John. They braved the cold water and rough seas to swim Sharkfest from Alcatraz. So proud of my husband who came in 9th in his age group! 💗 by @tracy_chadwell

Love my work!! What a privilege to share a conversation with @mikabrzezinski at a dinner I co-hosted with Peter Klades (Next 50) and @macglobetrotter (ROAR) The topic was disrupting ageism - something we can all agree on! Icing on the cake was Joe!! by @tracy_chadwell

Happy Fourth of July from the Capital! Amazing night celebrating this Nation - its courage, freedoms and innovation. We may have flaws but it is the best country in the world and I am blessed to be an American. taken in Lincoln Memorial by @tracy_chadwell

One of the best things about my work is the discovery of new things. Yesterday I was in the canyons of Manhattan and today the redwoods of California. I stumbled across these HUGE clovers. Not 4 leaf, but I consider myself incredibly lucky 🍀 by @tracy_chadwell
