New @traeger.nz day baby! The Woodbridge Pro has landed I am frothing to put this through its paces!

For those who have been following along you’d know that cooking goes hand in hand with the hunting and gathering lifestyle and these Traegers have elevated the kai game to a whole new level.

Watch this space! No doubt then the water is too dirty or the weather is no good to hunt there will be plenty of meals being smoked up to feed the whanau. Cant bloody wait!

Traeger duck baby! We had to pop the cherry with something special and this one was an absolute treat. You can follow this same recipe for the oven too, just make sure you let that skin dry in the fridge for a day and keep a close eye when that temp is cranked.

Wet Brine
- Half cup salt
- tsp baking soda
- 2 bay leaves
- Tbs Sichuan peppercorns
- Tbs Chinese 5 Spice
- Some cloves
- Couple of star anise
- 1 or 2 cinnamon sticks

Bloody tasty and a real crown pleaser! You can have it as a roast, tear it to bits for bao buns or tacos and the left overs (if there are any) go great in a fried rice! How goods a @traeger.nz!

The best kind of clean-up? The easy kind. 👌

The Woodridge Pro’s EZ-Clean Grease & Ash Keg makes clearing out the mess simple, so you can spend less time cleaning and more time thinking about what’s going on the grill next. 🔥

Easy BBQ. Easy clean-up.

Changing up your pellets? Easy as. 👌

The Woodridge Pro makes it simple to empty the hopper, so you can swap flavours without mucking around.

Different pellets, different flavour, ready for the next cook. 🔥

One less thing to juggle when it’s time to clean up. 👌

The Woodridge Pro’s removable cooking racks can be lifted out and rested on the handy staging hooks, keeping them safely out of the way while you get stuck into the clean-up.

Small detail. Big difference.

Nothing better than a weekend with the BBQ fired up 🔥

Set it. Forget it. Get on with it. 🔥

Good BBQ shouldn’t mean standing over the grill all day.

With the new Woodridge Pro, just set your temperature, chuck your food on and let it do its thing. Smoke brisket, pulled pork and ribs low and slow with Super Smoke Mode, or crank it up for burgers, wings and pizza.

With WiFIRE® connectivity, you can keep an eye on your cook from wherever you are, while 5,258 cm² of cooking space gives you plenty of room to get stuck into a proper BBQ.

And when the cooking’s done, the EZ-Clean Grease & Ash Keg makes cleaning up a whole lot easier.

Less babysitting. Less mess. More time outside with good kai and good company.

The Woodridge Pro. Set it. Forget it. Enjoy it.
