Want to improve your landing? 🛬

B-skips with a clap are one of my favorite landing-prep drills! Great for timing, posture, and rhythm in the air. Have you ever tried them before?

Master the small details. Train Grayt, be great 🏆

Control in the air → controlling your jump ✈️

The key is staying patient in the air and working through all of the phases of the jump (knee drive, arm extension, and cycling the takeoff leg) before landing. The more control in the air, the farther your momentum will continue to carry you.

A small piece of the puzzle that can be the difference between a decent jump and a PR 💡

Achilles pain? Or just trying to jump higher? 💡

Here are 6 exercises that help with both ⬇️

1️⃣ Seated Calf Raise: isolates & strengthens the soleus
2️⃣ 3-Way Calf Raise: develops balanced calf strength
3️⃣ Heel-Elevated KB Holds: builds isometric strength & tendon loading (also desensitizes pain)
4️⃣ Ankle Jumps: reinforces Achilles & ankle stiffness
5️⃣ Drop Jump Stick: develops eccentric control & tendon resilience
6️⃣ Drop Jump: improves tendon elasticity & reactive strength
