Jokes aside, your body does not have unlimited amour of energy, you cannot give 100% to everything every weeks!

As someone who likes to do a lot of activities, finding balance is really important to avoid burnout.

What I personally do is I rotate what gets more of my attention to avoid overtraining.

The goal is to feel good and energised. Not anxious and burnout.

If you need help finding balance, DM me to book a FREE Assessment today 💪🏾 by @trainher_by_ivane

Getting closer to my 10k PB 🏃‍♀️

Goal is to beat 56:56 (last race) and then book in the next race. Sticking to 10ks for now so I don’t burn out or lose my flexibility for yoga and pole 😂

Loving the process right now and I’m not overtraining which is the main thing.

Who’s up for doing a race or 2 in 2027?

Jokes aside, making time to exercise should be your priority. It doesn’t need to be 90 min daily to make a difference! Make it work for YOU! The truth is, once you start seeing the results, you might find more time for it 😏

Swapping scrolling or TV time for a workout, working out at lunchtime or before work, and meal prepping at the weekend or using a meal prep company to make sure you free up downtime during the week to exercise should be your number one priority because I promise you that once you’re sick, you would pay thousands to go back in time and put the work in now! by @trainher_by_ivane

M. Started training with me because she was only doing Yoga the time and felt like she could add some strength training to her routine to build muscles.

M. Is on a vegan diet which I know well as I was strict vegans for years! (You can 100% build muscles on a vegan diet)

We added 2x strength training sessions to her Yoga routine and making sure we are fuelling the body properly to support muscle growth but also energy levels and hormone function in general 🙂

Results? The glutes and review speak for themselves 😌

After working on crow pose, we are now working on headstand and M. Can now hold headstand for 20 breaths!!!

Proud of you, keep working hard 💕

I loved working with Rita these past 3 months and her experience with cycle adaptations is something so close to my heart! 🌸

For years, my period were incredibly painful. I was in bed for days, unable to eat, totally exhausted, and spending another week just trying to recover. While I’m on the pill now and no longer cycle-sync my own, I know how important it is to respect your hormones and listen to your body when you need to.

That’s why I take such a personalised approach with every woman I coach. Combining strength, breath, movement, and cycle awareness to help you feel confident and supported in your routine!

If you’re looking for a coach, I am opening a few online slots (and face to face ones next month). Don’t wait and book your free consultation TODAY! (link in bio or DM me) by @trainher_by_ivane
