Happy Birthday to me!

To some, I’m your favorite Recovery Specialist. To others, I’m your favorite Athletic Trainer. No matter how we’ve crossed paths, I’m incredibly grateful for every person I’ve had the opportunity to meet along this journey.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me to help them move, recover, and feel better. Every client, athlete, colleague, mentor, friend, and supporter has played a part in shaping the person and professional I am today. I’m also thankful for those who have challenged me, encouraged me, and pushed me to become better every single day.

A special thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey of becoming an entrepreneur. Having an idea and being able to build it from the ground up hasn’t always been easy, but having you all who believe in me has meant more than you know in this process.

As I step into another year of life, my prayer is simple: that God continues to guide my steps, allows me to walk fully in my purpose, and uses me as a vessel to serve, uplift, and help others. Here’s to another year of growth, gratitude, and making a positive impact.
