🌸MY ETHOS🌸 Irrespective of identity, age, background or ability, everyone should feel safe, respected & confident in the gym. I understand that fitness spaces can feel intimidating & this is why I take the time to listen, not just to your goals, but also to your concerns and anxieties & tailor each session to meet your needs. If you’ve never set foot in a gym, or feel uncomfortable in this environment, let me help break down this barrier. 1-1 Personal Training @puregymhastings DM or use 🔗 in bio for more details 💪🌸🫶 #inclusivefitness #personaltrainer #joyinmovement by @trainwith_blake
🏳️‍⚧️MY STORY I never realized the weight of those dumbbells I lifted at 12. Training became so much more than movement—it became a way to shape a body and a life that truly felt like mine. Now, I get to guide others toward that same feeling of home. 💪🏳️‍⚧️🫶 by @trainwith_blake

🏳️‍⚧️CLIENT TESTIMONIAL Jane started training with me whilst navigating a new life due to the impacts of Long Covid. Chronic fatigue had changed the way she had to manage her energy levels through the week. Initially the crucial factor was to introduce resistance training without causing post exertion malaise. From starting out entirely floor-based, to building technique with bodyweight, then progressing to dumbbells, kettlebells & barbells… She now hits all the big lifts & we have also introduced conditioning elements to our sessions. Most importantly, we have been working together consistently without any energy crashes. Thank you for putting your trust in me Jane, it has been, and continues to be, an honour to be a part of your journey 🫶 If you are managing Long Covid / chronic fatigue and are looking for an experienced, empathetic Personal Trainer, I have availability: London : Mondays @gympods Hastings : @puregymhastings DM for more info / link in bio #chronicfatigue #inclusivepersonaltrainer #clienttestimonial by @trainwith_blake
