POSTS STORIES REELS
2016 was the year I stopped training quietly. It was the year I stepped into Ninja Warrior Arabia and tested not just my body โ€” but my courage. To this date, it still feels unreal. Behind every obstacle were hours of discipline, failed attempts, and showing up anyway. I used to watch the international versions of this competition and admire the champs and tell myself I wanna be like them. Until the opportunity came out of the blues, where I stood on the same course. And in the same year, I owned my presence beyond the gym. I did 30 unbroken pushups Handstand freely Climbed an obstacles wall without security belt Posted my first challenges And gym humor I learned that strength and femininity are not opposites โ€” they fuel each other. 2016 didnโ€™t just shape my body. It shaped my identity. And everything I am today was built from there. #2016Reflections #DreamToReality #ChasingDreams #WomenWhoInspire by @trainwithlamees

A C-section is a surgical recovery wearing a postpartum name. The six-week clearance is a starting line for daily life, not for structured training. Swipe for what to know, whether you're recovering or coaching someone who is. Save this, and send it to the trainer or client who needs it. #csectionrecovery #postpartumfitness #postsurgicalrecovery #womensfitness #personaltrainer by @trainwithlamees
Iโ€™m officially a Certified Menopause Coach. โœจ A little moment Iโ€™ve been so excited to shareโ€ฆ ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿค My physical certificate finally arrived, and holding it in my hands made everything feel REAL. This isnโ€™t just another certification for me. Itโ€™s another step toward becoming better equipped to support women through one of the most important transitions in their lives. Iโ€™m so excited to keep learning, keep growing, and bring this knowledge into my work with the women I coach. Thank you to my fellow colleague @ninafahs for capturing this special moment Hereโ€™s to a new chapter. ๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿค #MenopauseCoach #CertifiedMenopauseCoach #WomensHealth #WomenInFitness #MenopauseFitness by @trainwithlamees

In the event of Menopause Day, I'd like to spread awareness towards Pelvic Floor issues that hit differently, especially peri - to - menopause. Not all recoveries look the same, even in the same area of the body. Pelvic floor reconstruction, labiaplasty and perineal repair each heal differently, but all ask for patience with pressure and impact. Swipe for what to know, whether you're recovering or coaching someone who is. Save this, and send it to the trainer or client who needs it. #pelvicfloor #labiaplasty #perinealrepair #postsurgicalrecovery #womensfitness by @trainwithlamees

Pelvic floor after surgery isn't one-size-fits-all. ๐ŸŒธ In my latest workshop for fitness professionals, we talked about safe return-to-exercise guidelines for women after surgery. This is just a small piece of it. I kept the details for the full session ๐Ÿ˜‰ If you train women, or you're recovering yourself, this topic matters. โœจ Want the next workshop? Comment WORKSHOP and I'll send you the details. ๐Ÿ“ฒ Pelvic floor carousel coming soon. It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month โ€” and a good time to talk about something we don't discuss enough: what recovery actually looks like after breast surgery. ๐ŸŽ—๏ธ Today: breast reduction. Different from augmentation, different rules for arms, support, and getting back to training. Swipe for what to know, whether you're recovering or coaching someone who is ๐Ÿ‘‰ Save this. Send it to someone who needs it this month especially. #breastcancerawarenessmonth #breastreduction #postsurgicalrecovery #womensfitness #returntoexercise by @trainwithlamees
