Junior World Championships Selection 🇨🇳💫

Very excited to announce that I have been selected for my first world championships in China! After barely missing out on Worlds selection last year, and the disappointment that came with this year’s Europeans this will be my first major international experience. So grateful for this opportunity 🌱

Many thanks to the coaches @kirkleestga for supporting me to where I am today, @_luke_seal for working me hard and building my strength up this year, and most of all my parents for all of the effort they put in and everything they do for me ❤️

Now for the last few weeks of build up and then…

Good luck to @trampolinelliott this weekend.

Put in lots of hard work in the gym, on trampoline and developed strength and confidence in the gym.

Now it’s time to do what he does best on the competition floor. Excited to watch you compete and very proud to have worked alongside you for this period. by @trampolinelliott

A week in the mountains with the best team 🫶🏻
Lots to learn from this comp but really enjoyed being back on the international stage. Huge thanks to @altius.productions for giving us the opportunity to compete @dragonflyleotards for providing us with last minute club leotards (and @petr.tennis for getting them to us on time and for the free tennis lesson for the team) and @omega_auctions for providing club tracksuits. taken in Arosa, Switzerland by @trampolinelliott

Disc chop to twist. Same pattern but in a different environment.

The disc chop trains oblique driven rotation through the anterior oblique sling, the same myofascial system Elliott fires to initiate a twist in the air for his full in rudi out. On the ground we can load it and build rate of force development in rotation through loading. In the air, that same pattern shows up as clean, fast twist initiation and controlled deceleration before landing setup.

Strength training isn’t separate from skill. It’s the same motor pattern, just built where we can control the variables.

First session with Elliott done. Genuinely one of the most enjoyable coaching experiences I’ve had so far, and I feel very lucky to be starting out working with athletes of this calibre.

The transition from engineering had its moments of real self-doubt. But I’ve always trusted the process over fixating on the destination, and yesterday was a reminder of why that matters. We worked through a full movement assessment, built a clear picture, and left with a solid plan.

The last few weeks have shown me a side of myself I hadn’t fully seen before. Working with athletes like Elliott, clubs with genuine long-term vision, and clients at every stage of their journey who are ready to put the work in, is a position I don’t take for granted.

Excited. Proud. Of myself, and of every individual I get to work with.

Really glad to finally be able to announce my selection for the European Trampoline Championships 2026. However due to incredibly unfortunate circumstances that are out of our control British Gymnastics have made the decision to withdraw from this competition. It’s been bittersweet knowing that I had done enough to be selected after putting in all of the effort in 4 selection events including putting out a PB overall score in one of the selection events, yet sadly I won’t be able to go and compete on the European stage and show what my hard work has lead to. It’s going to be difficult for all of us that were selected to have to watch the competition that we could have been competing in go ahead but I wish a massive good luck to those who will be participating in this competition next week. by @trampolinelliott

Had an amazing time at the @dutchtrampolineopen . Such a great experience. Really enjoyed being back in Alkmaar after 4 years. Not the best Set routine I’ve done but ready to improve that in the upcoming season. Pleased with my Vol routine and I’m getting better step by step. Massive thanks to @hendongymnastics_trampoline for having me as a guest to compete for them felt so welcomed. Even had a go at spotting for the first time which was a bit of a change but good fun. Also got to catch up with some friends who I hadn’t seen in a while.
