Dig if you will the picture
Of you and I engaged in a kiss
The sweat of your body covers me
Can you my darling
Can you picture this?

Twenty. Twenty times I had the privilege of going to this empty and barren place in all manner of weather, with dusty strangers and friends, in hopes of creating a city, building a community, cultivating experiences through music and art, appreciating the efforts and dreams of so many visionary creators, challenging myself and my beliefs, breaking long held bonds of expectations, expanding my physical, mental and spiritual limits, finding my true voice, getting weird and wild and shameless and learning to live out loud.

I am forever changed by my time on the playa. I own all parts of me now. I have made the kind of soul connections that will last a lifetime. I have seen things in and out of this world that have reshaped my perception. I found myself in numerous one-on-one conversations that spoke directly to my spirit. And I have been broken down to my core, rebuilt and made better countless times (with room to grow). For all of it - I. Am. Grateful.

Thank you @1rastanja (Anja) for bringing me that first time against my will. Thank you @yesoneverything (Yes) for teaching me how to burn in a meaningful way. Thank you @tymcb, @rossimoto and @talljeweatsbacon for being my road dawgs year after year. Thank you to all the friends who trusted me enough to join me out there for your first time. Thank you @xroadscamp (1000+ members) for trusting me as your leader. And thank you all for listening!

I don’t know what’s next or if I’ll ever return but whatever happens - this chapter was a wild fucking ride that I fuckin LOVED! Cya when I cya! #burningman #crossroadscamp #maldives taken in Burning Man by @trance_thompson
