I’m officially 31 years old 🎉, one year closer to saying “I have fallen and I can’t get up”😅
Credit to my fiancee @huongiiieee for buying me this flannel shirt last year. It’s one of my favorite shirts I’ve worn

Huge shoutout to @guycisternino and @nick_walker39 for having us out at @muscle_inc_sewell . to promote Optimal Nutrition! 💪🔥

What an awesome event! The energy was incredible, everyone we met was super friendly and welcoming, and the gym itself is absolutely INSANE! 🤯

We had such a great time connecting with everyone and being part of such an awesome fitness community!

Thank you again for having us! We seriously can’t wait to come back! 💪🔥 taken in Muscle Inc Sewell by @trankev

The drum kit literally started falling apart on the FINAL NOTE of our set! 🥁💥 Talk about ending with a BANG and kicking off Chinatown Night Market in true rockstar fashion! 🤘🔥

But seriously… if your equipment isn’t falling apart, are you even a real rockstar? 😂🎸 taken in Chinatown by @trankev

We had the honor of kicking off one of Chinatown’s BIGGEST events of the year — Chinatown Night Market in Philly! 🔥🎸

And you already know we had to start the night off with a BANG!! 💥🤘 What an incredible crowd, atmosphere, and experience! Thank you for rocking out with Violet Arcade! 🎶🔥

Thank you @chinatownpcdc for giving us the stage to perform tonight 🙏🙏 taken in Chinatown by @trankev

POV: You can’t afford to hire an influencer to review your store… so I guess I’ll be the influencer 😂

Come with me to check out Optimal Nutrition 💪

We’ve got supplements for pretty much every goal, a team that actually lives the lifestyle, and people behind the counter who will actually explain what you’re taking instead of just trying to sell you something.

And apparently there’s a sexy Asian manager working there too… 👀😂

Support your local supplement shop and come see why we do things differently at Optimal Nutrition! 🔥 taken in The Edge Fitness Clubs Deptford by @trankev

Had to take Motrin the next morning because my neck was sore and I had a throbbing headache from all the headbanging 😂🤘

Will I ever stop? Absolutely not. Even if I tried, I don’t think I could. Music just moves me a certain way naturally. Once I feel it, I’m locked in 🎸🔥 taken in GameTime_SportzBar by @trankev
