What do you do when something you’ve worked toward suddenly falls apart?

His advice is to surround yourself with people who pour into you, lean on others when you stumble, allow yourself to move through the emotions, and keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Chason Forehand walked back into the restaurant knowing he had probably lost his job.

He had disappeared for three days and missed the three busiest shifts of the week.

Instead of firing him, his chef told him something that would help change the course of Chason’s life.

Even after 30 years in recovery, Chason Forehand knew he couldn’t take it for granted.

When plans for the first U.S. Transformation Kitchen suddenly fell apart, the disappointment hit hard enough that he knew exactly where he needed to go: back to his recovery support system.
