Rounded shoulders creep up on you, especially if you sit or lift all day, and most people don't realise how much range they've lost until they see it. Arjan couldn't lift his arm past his nose. A few minutes later it went all the way up with no tension. Sometimes the change is that clear.

Just switched over to the @apexdiamond39 shaft. What an amazing shaft. First day letting it rip and on my first set hitting 393 followed up with several in the 380s.

Only 14 days left, a few more practice sessions remain. I'm feeling confident that I'll get a top 16 finish. 🤞 I get into the top 4.

Managed at get a new PB of 387 yards.
