Next Friday, 9/18, we’re celebrating the release of our 30th Anniversary reissue of @shotmaker_official’s 1996 album, ‘Mouse Ear [Forget-Me-Not]’.

We jazzed up this repress with a printed inner sleeve featuring new images and commentary from singer-guitarist Tim McKeough and pressed it on a tricolor splatter vinyl.

There’s also a limited edition T-shirt, which you can grab individually or as part of the ‘Mouse Ear’ bundle. Thanks to everyone who has preordered a copy so far!

Big thanks to Shotmaker fan/producer/director @travisstevens who put together this new video for “Sky”.

Making movies is hard. Nights like last night make it all worthwhile. Thank you to everyone who came to see BOORMAN AND THE DEVIL.

Thank you @bryanfullergram for your guidance and support and the lovely Q&A. Thank you to @yellowveilpictures and our incredible publicists Blair Bender and Tiffany Malloy without whom we wouldn't be smiling so hard in this picture. Thank you to our brothers and sisters at @am_cinematheque and our comrades at @beyondfest.

Thank you to every person who worked on this documentary on either side of the camera, and thank you to the two directors who make this story so human, @davidkittredge and John Boorman. The movie opens nationwide on 9/2. If you get a chance to see it with a crowd, you won't regret it. Art now more than ever. by @travisstevens

"Losing Time" is OUT TODAY! ⏳✨and we've got a killer music video for you.

The video was directed by legendary horror movie director @travisstevens (the genius behind classics like A Wounded Fawn and Jakob's Wife 🔪🩸).

"Losing Time" tackles the uneasy truth that life keeps moving whether we're ready for it or not. Set against our signature storm of noise and tension, it's a song about change, mortality, and surrendering to the inevitable.

Watch the video at the link in bio!

For 8 months I’ve been in Vermont, helping this guy get back on his feet.

In some ways it was similar to producing a movie — scheduling, transportation, meal planning, negotiating, cleaning up messes, personality quirks and sleepless nights.

But in other ways it has been far more challenging than that. Navigating the healthcare system, applying for Medicaid, researching care facilities, restructuring finances, all take longer than you’d expect, and can leave you feeling uncertain and helpless.

But like any destination, you just need to keep moving until you get there. If you have parents who are getting older, my advice is to start planning today, so you’re not racing against a clock.

He’s now safely in his new home, starting a new phase of life. I’m glad we got there, and I’m excited to head home to make more movies (and kiss Sarah and the cat).

Thanks to everyone who reached out, and shared their experiences, and their love. by @travisstevens

We’re going for it!

Oscar Qualifying run begins Aug 28th at the @quadcinema in NYC (3 screenings a day!) with subsequent screenings in LA (stay tuned) and other cities to follow.

Is it a long shot? Absolutely. But one thing I’ve learned since David started this project, and from the friends who have joined us in making it, refining it, and now releasing it, is that the love of cinema is strong and this movie connects with everyone who has a projector in their heart and dreams in wide screen.

Working with @what_the_films and @yellowveilpictures has been incredible so far, and we’ll have more to announce soon (🥂 @sklaren). In the meantime we ask that you help spread the word, bring a friend to the theater, and keep taking chances on bold art.

Thank you Mr. Boorman, @thereallindablair, Karyn Kusama, @trailersfromhell, @flannaganfilm, @bilgeebiri, @szacharek, @simonsaybrams, @jimhemphill007, and everyone else on screen and behind the scenes like @anarchypost, @danarchy17, @kylelalalala, @eduardovictory, @generaltospecific, @mindbombfilms, @alankoenigsberg, @jimkunz, Ed Herrera, @attentionsoldier, @_heatherbuckley, @yentanpics and the tireless @davidkittredge and @jimfall for making this movie the triumph it is.
