You don’t rise to the level of the session.
You fall to the level of your preparation.

This is how we show up at Tree11.

🚫 STOP DOING THESE EXERCISES…
Read below. 👇

If you add these into your training routine, you’ll unfortunately become a faster, stronger and a more complete athlete. 🤫

Speed. Power. Coordination. Agility. Strength. Stability.

Strong is good. Fast is better. Being able to combine all six? That’s what separates complete athletes.

Don’t just train muscles, train movement. Your gym work should make you perform better on the field, not just look better in the mirror.

Become the specimen.

Which will you add to your next session? 🤔👇

Years of involvement. A partnership that keeps growing. 🏒

Alcmaria Flames chair Michelle Hayes shares how we work together, from international tournament hospitality to off-ice training with TREE11 and support behind the scenes.

Thank you, Michelle and Alcmaria Flames, for your trust. Proud to be part of the club’s next steps.

The work behind the partnership is taking shape.

At TREE11, Alcmaria Flames youth players completed their first off-ice assessments. It gives the players and coaches a clear starting point for training. Later this season, they’ll test again and see their progress.

A practical, professional approach built around what the players and club need, together with Alcmaria Flames @alcmariaflamessofficial , TREE11 @tree11_performance and IceSports. #icesports #hockeymomvibes7 #alcmariaflamesofficial #tree11 taken in tree11.health.club by @tree11_performance

Naast zijn training bij Beentjes Judosport
wordt Kruse begeleid door Andrea Casali @kash_87_ van
sportschool Tree11.

In addition to his training at Beentjes Judosport, Kruse is coached by Andrea Casali @kash_87_ from Tree11 sports school. Casali provides the performance training: a targeted program to make Kruse stronger and more physically resilient in preparation for international competitive judo.

This coming Saturday, Kruse will be back on the mat, this time in the West Frisian Competition.

It is his first appearance in the top division. 👊🏾 🌳 taken in tree11.health.club by @tree11_performance

Good partnerships start with trust and with knowing what each side brings.

TREE11 @tree11_performance brings the performance expertise. IceSports connects that expertise with athletes, clubs, communities and new projects.

Thank you, Ray, for your words and for the trust behind this collaboration.

Performance is one part. Connecting what happens around it is where IceSports comes in.

Developing sport, on and off the ice.

Some collaborations begin long before anything is signed.

On 7 September in Alkmaar, we made two agreements official: the partnership between IceSports and TREE11 @tree11_performance , and the three-party collaboration between IceSports, TREE11 and Alcmaria Flames @alcmariaflamessofficial supporting the club’s Off-Ice Performance programme.

These signatures mark the next step in work already underway: supporting performance, creating opportunities for young athletes and strengthening the community around them.

A proud moment, and an important step in what we are building together.

Developing sport, on and off the ice.
