With the new Trend 9’ AnyDoor Butt Hinge Template Kit, you are guaranteed a faster, cleaner and more accurate hinge installation process.

This jig, designed to quickly and accurately recess square and radius hinges in timber doors and frames, covers all standard door sizes. Its lightweight anodized aluminium rails help for optimum strength, durability, accuracy and a smooth router running surface.

Thanks to a 1/8-inch (3.0mm) steel end plate, it is able to fit both door and frame with minimal adjustment. It also comes with adjustable edge guides which can accommodate 1 inch to 2 ½-inch hinges with either four present positions or custom widths (for non-standard hinges).

This oversized acrylic router base completely changed how stable this trim router feels!
We designed a much larger base for our Trend T1, machined it from acrylic on the CNC, added the engraved logos with the xTool P2S and installed double handles for better control.
The difference really shows up on smaller and awkward workpieces where a standard trim router base can be difficult to keep supported. This setup gives the router a much larger footprint and makes it much easier to keep everything flat and controlled.

Putting our custom acrylic Trend router base to work for the first time!

After cutting the base on the CNC and adding the engraved logos it was finally time to mount it to the router and see how it performed.

This piece I needed to route has several awkward areas where a standard trim router base would be very difficult to keep stable. The larger acrylic base and double handles made it much easier to control the router without worrying about it tipping as I worked around the piece.

This one turned out even better than I hoped and should be a really useful addition to the shop! Check out the tools used on our website!

These adjustable roller stands from @trendtooltechnology are awesome! Before getting these we would cut some blocks of wood to the right height to hold the steel when using this portable bandsaw saw and now this is much better and can is use it for other kinds of saws or tools as well #trendtoolpartner by @trendtoolsusa

Two different router bits and two different ways to use the Trend Portable Benchtop Router Table. I started with the Amana Tool Double Roman Ogee bit, using the bearing to guide the workpiece without the fence. I then switched to the Multi-Rabbet bit, set the fence and made a straight rabbet cut.It was a simple way to show how the table can handle both bearing-guided edge profiles and fence-guided cuts while still offering many of the features you would expect from a full-size router table. Gave this saw blade a quick cleanup using the Trend Tool Blade and Bit Cleaner (CLEAN/900). Sprayed it down, let it sit a few minutes, then hit it with a soft brush and wiped it off. You don’t realize how much buildup is on a blade until you actually take the time to clean it. Simple process, noticeable difference.
