We’ve been visiting a few homes, and this video is from 805 Burke Street in North Hills, built by @tuscanyconstructiongroup. One detail that caught our eye: a semi-hidden wine room with a speakeasy feel and private fitness studio with spa. 🧖

Four homes entered. Four awards. 🏆

In the $6 million to $10 million category, we took the whole podium:
Gold, The Vanderbilt
Silver, The Carnegie
Bronze, The Rockefeller

And The Astor took Gold in the $3.30 million to $3.575 million category.

The judges also gave four perfect scores: two to The Vanderbilt, one to The Carnegie and one to The Astor.

Judges open the cabinets. They look at the mitered corners, the places where one material meets another, the things most people never think to check. That is where this is decided, long before anyone sees a ribbon.
