Ace Handyman Services came to us with a bigger goal than making a few videos: they wanted to build a YouTube channel around what their customers were actually searching for.

We used the top 1,000 searched home renovation projects alongside Ace’s most common service calls to help shape the content before cameras rolled. The first four videos passed 10,000 views in their first week, and Ace booked another production with us before the full batch had even been released. by @triarchcreative

New work for Ace Handyman Services.

Two production days turned into 36 finished assets: 12 long-form YouTube videos, 12 vertical shorts, and 12 Facebook cutdowns — all built from the same content system. Instead of adapting one piece of content across every platform, we planned each format into the production from the beginning. by @triarchcreative

This garage didn't exist before we got there.

Kendra (@kcidydesign ) and her production design team started with an empty warehouse and built the entire Ace Handyman Services set from scratch. The direction was pretty specific: polished enough to feel like Ace, but still believable as a garage someone would actually work in.

And we built it knowing this wouldn't necessarily be a one-time thing.

At wrap, everything was labeled, boxed, and organized by where it belonged on set. Ace owns the props and set materials, so the next production doesn't start from zero — we can rebuild the world faster without charging them to recreate the same thing all over again. by @triarchcreative

Prep is what let the production team move through 12 unique different topics without treating each one like a completely new shoot.

Before we got to set, the topics had been chosen using search data and Ace's actual service calls. Scripts were approved with the on-camera expert. The garage had been designed around the content. And the schedule accounted for long-form, vertical, and platform-specific versions of each idea.

The fast part happened on set. The reason it could happen was everything we did before it. by @triarchcreative

36 assets. Two production days.

Ace Handyman Services came to us to launch a YouTube channel, but we didn't want to build a production that only gave them YouTube videos.

We planned the shoot around 12 long-form videos, 12 vertical shorts, and 12 two-minute Facebook cutdowns — each actually built for the platform where it would live.

For brands investing in production, getting more content doesn't have to mean filming more days. A lot of it comes down to designing the right system before you get to set. by @triarchcreative

We didn't start this project by asking, "What videos should we make?"

We started with the top 1,000 searched home renovation projects.

Then we compared that against Ace Handyman Services' top service offerings and the reasons customers were already calling them. Where those things overlapped became our starting point for the content.

The goal wasn't just to make 12 good YouTube videos. It was to make videos people were already searching for. by @triarchcreative

More from our weighted vest launch work with @repfitnessequipment

This concept was built around a Snorricam rig. We took the vest from REP’s headquarters to the Colorado mountains, building each concept around how the product could actually be used — running, training, and everyday movement. One shoot gave REP a range of environments and use cases while keeping the entire campaign visually connected. by @triarchcreative

New work for @repfitnessequipment and the launch of its weighted vest.

We created three core concepts that became six vertical assets, all captured in one production day. The entire shoot — camera package, blocking, locations, movement, and edit structure — was designed specifically for social instead of adapting a traditional commercial after the fact. by @triarchcreative

Three core ideas became six different ads from one production day.

We built the REP weighted vest shoot around repeatable creative: a traditional hype spot, a chest-mounted story cam, and matched movements that could show different talent and use cases.

Six variants gave REP multiple assets to launch with, but we'd actually go bigger next time. For paid social, we typically recommend somewhere between 15–50 versions so brands have more hooks, talent, locations, and use cases to test.

One perfect ad isn't really the goal anymore. Giving the brand options is. by @triarchcreative

A one-day social shoot gets a lot easier when you already know where the shots are going in the edit.

For REP, we repeated the same movements and setups across different environments. That meant every location had to work for the hype spot, chest-mounted story cam, and matched 180-style shots.

By designing that system before production, we could grab the strongest shots first, capture more throughout the day, and give post a structure before the footage even got there.

REP's headquarters and a Colorado mountaintop don't exactly look like the same location. That was the point.

We handpicked environments that let the weighted vest move naturally between workouts, running, and everyday use while giving the launch a much wider visual range. Because we were framing vertically from the start, we could get closer to the talent and use the height of each environment instead of trying to protect a horizontal frame we'd eventually crop.

Colorado did a lot of the production design for us. by @triarchcreative

We turned an Alexa Mini sideways for this one.

Every asset for REP’s weighted vest launch was going to live vertically, so instead of shooting horizontal and figuring out the crop later, we mounted the Alexa Mini vertically on a Ronin 2 and built the production around that frame.

It changed how we blocked talent, which locations worked, and how close we could get to the action.

Vertical wasn't an afterthought here. It was the starting point. taken in Mount Evans Wilderness by @triarchcreative
