Depression is real. Anxiety is real.
Please pay attention to the people you love

If they’re sleeping all day, that’s not always “laziness.”
Sometimes it’s exhaustion from fighting battles in their head every day

If they’re distancing themselves, don’t always take it personally.
Some people isolate when they’re hurting.

That constant “it is what it is” mindset can be dangerous.
Sometimes it’s not acceptance… it’s hopelessness.

Talking about thyself , the ugly cycle of life , don’t even like looking myself in the mirror because all I see the failure of a man , the cracked open botttle of had holding in is starting to pour out in the world , I couldn’t mask it anymore. by @trippycamel_

I gotta say since this video came out , a lot of things are changing in my life , I’m at the end of my 20s going into my 30s in September and old life style is dying out an new one is beginning , I know I’m not the perfect human being but I did of growing in my day , a lot of people from my childhood starting to come back into my life , old family members are reaching out to me, if you know me, you know how much pain I hold on to , I grew so much as a men. I expressed myself In the most goofiest ways as possible. People ask me until this day how to do handle a death that close to you. I tell them i can’t explain it to u but your soul will leave your body an the people you lost will thank you for the energy back.
