So grateful for Tory Burch & the impact her foundation has had on me as a founder 💛

I can’t even begin to explain how much the @toryburchfoundation has supported me in building my business — from the earliest days to everything in between growth.

The Foundation pledged to add $1B to the economy by 2030 through the female founders they support, and after being in a room with hundreds of fellows this week, I believe it.

A few years ago, I lost one of my best friends to cancer. She was in her early 30s.

Her loss changed how I saw everything — especially my own health. As a busy entrepreneur, it’s easy to put yourself last, but I started learning what lifestyle adjustments I needed to make thanks to @alannahconnealy & @connealymd 📚

The more I learned, the more it hit home: cancer diagnoses in women under 50 are rising, and breast cancer is the most common one.

When I first launched @breakthelove, the Startup Girl Foundation was one of our earliest investors. Full circle moment for me to have Break Sports honor @eileengu as the inaugural Sports Shiftmaker last Friday at The Shiftmakers Awards.

It was incredible to see 4 women shifting society honored by @theshiftison while surrounded by so many dear friends, who have supported me throughout the years this Women’s History Month ❤️ taken in Harvard Art Museums by @trishagoyal
