Hard to put into words the full spectrum of emotions that got to be shared this evening with my @triumphstudios family. God placed a spark in my heart years ago when He gave me another shot at living the life I dreamed of. Thankful that @kellyadavis21 saw the man today within the lost man of the past. Hitting a milestone as a coach of instructing 1,000 classes is a blessing. One that old me would not have believed possible. Thankfully, I’m surrounded by people who push me to be better every single day. Triumph, thanks for tonight. Movement changed my life. And I’m not just talking about the 100 pounds of physical weight I lost.

It helped me work through the emotional weight I was carrying, find strength in some of my darkest moments, and has become one of the anchors that’s helped keep me sober and clean for nearly 16 years.

Movement became more than a workout. It became a way of life.

You don’t have to change everything overnight. Just start moving, build the habit, and KEEP SHOW’N UP.
