I’ve always believed that God puts people in our lives for a reason. Sometimes it’s to teach us, sometimes it’s to challenge us, and sometimes it’s to help us become the person He always intended us to be.

This year at EnviroGuard has been so much more than a career opportunity. It’s changed my life in ways that have nothing to do with sales, money, or success.

I’ve been surrounded by people who have challenged me, believed in me, held me accountable, and reminded me of what actually matters.

For the first time in years, I’m wearing my wedding ring again. Not because it’s just a ring, but because of what it represents. A commitment. A covenant. A promise to my wife, my family, and God.

I’m learning that becoming a successful man means nothing if I’m failing at being the husband and father I was called to be.

I’m far from perfect. I’ve made mistakes, lost sight of priorities, and had to face some hard truths about myself. But I believe God has been working on me through the people He’s placed in my life.

I came into this experience thinking I was building a career, a team, and a future. What I didn’t realize was that God was rebuilding me in the process.

And for that, I’ll forever be grateful.

The greatest thing I’ll ever build won’t be a business or an empire. It’ll be the life I build with my wife, my kids, and the people I love.

God’s timing. God’s people. God’s plan.

The best version of me is still ahead. And this time, I know who I’m becoming and, more importantly, who I’m becoming him for. by @troyrobison_

Yesterday we officially hit the benchmark that gives us the opportunity to open our own branch next year and become equity partners. It’s something we’ve talked about, worked toward, and sacrificed for every single day.

But this isn’t a post about me.

It’s about my wife, who has carried more than anyone will ever know. Thank you for believing in me through every high, every low, every doubt, every crazy idea, and every late night conversation. None of this happens without you.

It’s about my team. Thank you for trusting me enough to let me lead you. You believed in a vision that wasn’t guaranteed, showed up when it was hard, and fought for something bigger than yourselves. This belongs to every one of you.

It’s about @egpc_d2d for welcoming my family and I with open arms and giving us an opportunity that aligned with the future we wanted to build.

And it’s about @mitchfrei10 and @yogi_myers. Thank you for betting on me before I had proven myself here. More importantly, thank you for living lives that inspire other people to dream bigger and become more. Your leadership has challenged me in ways I’m incredibly grateful for.

I’ve never cared to be the loudest one in the room.

No spotlight needed. No applause necessary.

But here’s a quiet shoutout to the guy in the mirror.

For taking the risk nobody understood.

For showing up on the days the demons were louder than the dreams.

For trying to build something across the country while keeping home as the reason behind it all.

For chasing a stage while fighting battles behind the scenes.

The climb isn’t always pretty. Some steps are heavier than others.

But the right people have a funny way of swooping in at the right time.

A random message. A reminder. A push when you forgot you needed one.

Grateful for the people who walk the stairs with me.

No matter how crazy life gets, these four are my constant.
Through every risk I take, every decision I make, every change in direction… they roll with me, support me, and love me anyway.

I know my path isn’t always the easiest one, but my wife and kids never complain — they just grab my hand and walk it with me.

Grateful for a family that believes in me, even when the road gets rough. I wouldn’t trade this life with them for anything. by @troyrobison_
