💎 Some gems don’t just shine — they’re forged through decades of dedication. The EQLZ “The Hidden Gem” is about athletes who grind in the shadows before the world takes notice, and @brooklynusabasketball is living proof.

For 39 years, Brooklyn USA has been developing elite talent, with 20 players making it to the NBA, 98 championships won across 8 different age groups, their program is a powerhouse — building athletes who are more than just players, they’re future legends.

Behind the lens, @trstzhu, a passionate creator, helped bring the vision to life — proving that hidden gems don’t just exist on the court, but in every creator who pushes boundaries and brings their vision to the world.

This is about empowering both athletes and creators alike to find their shine and make their mark. Your grind, your hustle — your gem. 🌟

A sneak peek of our production design work by Production Designer @trstzhu
With the approach of combining preproduction 3D scanning of the location and pre-visualization with Blender and Unreal Engine, we had much more freedom and control of our production design for more than 10 different locations.

Stills from the first commercial campaign I directed with @eqlz_world last summer
What started with almost nothing, just a skeleton crew, talented players, and the sun, turned into something we r truly proud of.
Grateful for the trust and everyone who brought it to life.
