Start here 🤍

If you’ve been feeling a little off lately — tired, foggy, short on patience, or just not quite like yourself — I want you to hear this first:

You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken.

For a long time, my default response was to push harder.
Especially after turning 40, I had to unlearn that.

I was doing all the “right” things…
and still feeling tired, foggy, and off.

That’s when it clicked: pushing harder wasn’t the answer.
Support was — from community, from simple habits, and from tools that actually help.

That realization is why this space exists.

This is midlife wellness without the pressure.
No extremes. No perfection. No starting over every Monday.

Just simple, supportive anchors that help you feel steadier over time:
• eating enough (especially protein)
• movement that supports your energy
• hydration, rest, and recovery
• listening to your body instead of pushing through

If life feels full right now — work, kids, change, stress — and you want to care for yourself without adding more to your plate, you’re in the right place.

Take what resonates.
Save what you need.
Come back whenever you need the reminder.

And when you’re ready for deeper support, you’ll see me share what’s helped me personally — from community accountability to wellness tools I trust. There’s no rush here. This space moves at real-life pace.

You’re not behind.
You’re just learning how to support yourself differently 🤍

Tell me if you can relate:

January has this quiet energy —
when the noise of the holidays fades and you finally feel how much last year actually changed you.

So much of 2025 wasn’t on my bingo card.
A new city. New friendships (at 40 😅). Realizing my kids weren’t the only ones nervous about all of it — I was too. And finally listening to what my body’s been asking for instead of pushing through.

Some moments felt exciting.
Some felt lonely.
A lot of it felt unfamiliar — and uncomfortable.

And yet…
growth at this stage looks different.
It looks like honesty. Slowing down. Choosing support over pressure.

If things still feel unsettled, you’re not behind.
You’re just in the middle of becoming.

🤍 Save this if it resonates.
🤍 Send it to someone who needs the reminder.

Apparently I’ve reached the stage of life where a library hold becoming available can genuinely turn my entire day around.

Add a morning walk, coffee outside, and concert tickets on the calendar?

Next level happiness.

I’m starting to think feeling good has a lot less to do with constantly trying to improve yourself…

And a lot more to do with noticing what brings you joy and making room for more of it.

What’s your ridiculously specific instant mood booster?

There was a time when a huge part of my identity came from my work.

And then life changed.

Not in a bad way.

Just in a way I never could have predicted.

For the first time in a long time, I found myself in a season where so much looked different.

And there have been moments where I have felt a little lost.

Not because I wasn’t grateful.

Not because I regretted anything.

But because I missed having something that was mine.

That’s one of the reasons I said yes to building this opportunity.

Because I wanted something that reminded me that I was still growing too.

I wanted to keep learning.

To build something meaningful.

To encourage women.

To share products I genuinely use and love.

To create another stream of income for our family.

And to have something that fit around our life instead of asking our life to fit around it.

The biggest surprise?

It’s become so much more than building a business.

It’s been rediscovering a part of myself.

That’s why I believe so strongly that moms deserve dreams that belong to them too because sometimes we need to find a way back to ourselves in motherhood.

Sometimes we need a way to keep growing.

To keep learning.

To keep building.

To keep becoming.

For me, this has become one of the most meaningful parts of this season because of these things.

And I’m so grateful I said yes.

If you’ve ever found yourself wondering what’s next for you or feeling like there’s a little part of you that’s ready for something new…

I’d love to chat.

No pressure.

Just two women talking about what’s possible and what this could look like for you.

Unfortunately…

The things that make me feel my best are mostly the things I keep doing over and over.

Protein.

Strength training.

Walking.

Hydration.

Morning light.

Products that support my body and make the basics easier.

Are there days I miss a workout? Yep.

Do I sometimes stay up way too late reading or watching tv shows with fictional hockey players? Obviously.

Do I always drink enough water? Nope.

But I keep coming back.

I don’t think consistency is doing everything every day.

I think it’s knowing what helps you feel good and returning to it again and again. 🤍

What’s one “boring” habit you hate admitting actually makes you feel better?

If you’ve been around here for a while, you know I love wellness.

I love learning about women’s health.

And yes… I will absolutely remind you to eat the protein, drink your water and lift the weights.

But, as I’ve gotten a bit older and have had to change things, I refuse to believe the answer is always try harder.

Most women I know are already trying really freaking hard.

And maybe it’s being in my 40s, but I’ve started paying attention to things I honestly didn’t think much about in my 20s or even my 30s.

How I feel.

My energy.

My hormones.

My skin… which has definitely decided to change right along with everything else.

What I’m putting in my body.

And what I’m putting on it every single day.

But here’s the thing…

I don’t want a 17-step routine.

And I definitely don’t want wellness to become another full-time job.

I want simple swaps for the things I’m already doing.

I’m already drinking water every day → adding Hydrate & Detox helps me be more intentional about how I’m hydrating (along with many other benefits).

I’m already putting products on my skin → Aura Mist is a simple hydrating step I’ve added that I’m genuinely so excited about.

I’m already wearing sunscreen → I’m being more intentional about the one I reach for.

Same life. Same routine. A few more intentional choices.

I’m not trying to become a completely different version of myself.

I’m just learning how to support this version of me a little better.
And I think that’s what wellness in my 40s is starting to look like.

Which everyday product would you be most curious about making a simple swap with… hydration, skincare, sunscreen or all of the above?

If you’ve been thinking about making a few simple swaps too, comment AURA and I’ll happily share what’s been working for me.

We’ve come a loooong way from the kids’ music we used to listen to on repeat 😅

And now somehow his playlists are full of songs I actually love, I’m constantly surprised by the music he knows, and he’s the one asking me now if we can go to concerts together. And I know that won’t last forever so I’m soaking this in right now.

Watching him sing along, I had one of those little mom moments where you realize your kid is becoming this whole person with his own taste and interests…

And it’s so amazing watching who he’s becoming 🫶🏻

If you’ve been here for a while, you’ve probably realized I’m not always talking about protein.

I genuinely want to be the kind of friend who’s always in your corner.

The one reminding you to eat the protein.

The one celebrating the small wins.

The one telling you one hard week doesn’t erase your progress.

The one reminding you you’re doing better than you think.

But sometimes people assume what I do is all about products.

And don’t get me wrong… the products absolutely matter.

I genuinely love them, use them every day, and they’ve made such a difference in how I feel.

They’re a big part of the story.

The part I never expected to love the most?

The conversations.

The women who message me because they’re finally feeling like themselves again.

The women who celebrate drinking enough water for the first time all week.

The women who tell me they finally stopped starting over every Monday.

The ones who decide to put themselves back on their own priority list.

The messages that say, “I really needed to hear that today.”

That’s the work I get to do.

And I absolutely love that part so much.

If you’ve been quietly watching from the sidelines and wondering what this actually looks like behind the scenes:

It’s conversations.

It’s encouragement.

It’s celebrating the little wins.

It’s reminding women they’re doing better than they think.

And I can’t imagine doing anything that feels more like me.

And if you’ve ever wondered whether there’s room for someone who’s just a normal, busy woman who loves encouraging people, I’d love to chat. I have a feeling you’d fit right in.

Tell me if you agree:

I think we’ve somehow ended up making wellness another full-time job.

Because somewhere along the way, it started feeling like another list of things we had to do.

Track this.

Measure that.

Drink more.

Sleep more.

Move more.

Optimize everything.

And while I genuinely love learning about health and wellness, I’ve realized something…

The goal isn’t to spend all day thinking about wellness.

The goal is to build simple habits that quietly support your life.

Because I don’t want to spend my day wondering if I’ve done enough.

I want to have the energy to keep up with my kids.

Go for the walk.

Read the book.

Dance at the concert tickets.

Feel like myself again.

That’s why I try to make the important decisions once instead of every day.

Simple doesn’t mean you’re doing less.

Sometimes it means you’re making space for what matters most.

What’s one healthy habit you’ve made so automatic that you barely have to think about it anymore?

To be clear… if someone wants to book me into a five-star hotel, I’m not saying no.

But on an average Tuesday?

A hot coffee.

An uninterrupted shower.

Everyone sleeping through the night.

That’s a pretty elite day around here.

Apparently my definition of luxury has really evolved.

25-year-old me would’ve laughed.

40-year-old me is happily living her best life.

Tell me I’m not the only one… what’s something that feels oddly luxurious now?

There have been a few moments this year where I’ve felt a little lost.

Like I was figuring out who I was in a new season of life.

I think we all have seasons where what used to define us changes.

Our routines change.

Our priorities shift.

The role we’ve always known starts to look different.

And I was left thinking…

“What’s next for me?”

And when I come back to this, I’m reminded why I said yes in the first place.

Not just because I genuinely love the products.

Not just because the extra income is helpful (and honestly… I don’t know many families who couldn’t use a little extra breathing room these days).

But because this feels like me.

I get to help women simplify wellness instead of making it more complicated.

I get to build something that’s mine, in the pockets of time that fit around my family’s life.

I get to meet incredible women, hear their stories, encourage them, and remind them they’re capable of more than they sometimes believe.

And maybe one of my favourite parts…

I get to create space where women stop waiting until they feel “ready” and start realizing they already have something valuable to offer.

That’s the part that keeps me showing up because I’m building something that feels truly meaningful.

Something that fits my life instead of asking my life to fit around it.

If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking…

“I’d love to build something of my own… but I don’t have the time.”

I understand that feeling… and truthfully, you’re not the only one who has thought that.

But I’ve learned that sometimes the most meaningful things are built in the in-between moments. And this is meaningful in so many ways.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines and wondering what this could look like for you…

I’d love to chat. No pressure, no expectations… just an honest conversation about what it’s looked like for me and whether it could fit your life too.

The older I get, the more I realize a good life isn’t built from one big thing.

It’s built from little things you can’t wait to do again tomorrow.

I think that’s what longevity is really about.

Not just living longer.

Living well.

Your turn… what would you add?
